I purchased online a chaise lounge sofa…

I purchased online a chaise lounge sofa on March 23, 2022 with instructions that I needed it delivered by April 20th as I was away on vacation until then. It is May 9th and I have no sofa. Hav sent numerous emails, left voice messages and have never received a call back or response. I received a call on Friday of last week that I would receive it on Monday May 9th. Well it’s not here! If you purchase from here buyer be aware. I would never do business with this company ever again. My credit card compay is working on the refund and they will succeed.

NOTICE: I AM WARNING YOU DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE STORE.

After reading bad reviews about the…

After reading bad reviews about the company, I was a bit afraid of ordering furniture from them. However, I got a positive experience. I ordered 2 furnitures and they looked exactly like on the pictures.
On the other hand, the company is a bit slow on answering emails, there is no customer service via phone. Moreover, the furniture arrived a couple of days later as it should have. All these things could be improved, but considering the prices, overall I had a great experience with this company.

Awful buying experience

Awful buying experience, avoid these guys at all costs. Took three weeks to arrive after paying extortionate delivery costs and when the products arrived missing pieces customer service take a week before even getting back to us. God knows how long it'll be before this is resolved, but I get the impression they not that bothered at all.

Buenos días!
Como hemos comentado telefónicamente, su pedido fue realizado el lunes 13 de enero, lo enviamos el día 14 (24 horas después). El plazo de servicio para los pedidos con envío a domicilio, que siempre se gestionan con transportista especializado, tienen un plazo de entrega de 4 a 12 días laborables. Su pedido fue entregado el día 28 de enero, dentro del plazo que indicamos en la web. Usted nos comunica su incidencia el jueves 30 enero e inmediatamente pasamos nota al fabricante para que nos indique la solución que tenemos que dar a la incidencia (si le mandamos otro asiento sin comprobar con fábrica cuál es el problema nos arriesgamos a no dar una solución eficaz). Estamos esperando la respuesta del fabricante en ésta mañana para poder solucionar su incidencia a la mayor urgencia como le indicamos el jueves.
Lamentamos su disgusto, solo que los fabricantes no trabajan los fines de semana y éste en concreto tampoco el viernes por la tarde, por lo que no han pasado ni 48 horas laborables desde que nos comunicó la incidencia. Por supuesto que nos hemos molestado, tanto en ofrecerle una respuesta como el buscar la solución más eficaz a su incidencia que son dos piezas que impiden que pueda montar el producto, por lo que es muy importante que el fabricante las revise para no mandar cualquier cosa a ojo que suponga retrasar la solución.
Quedamos a su entera disposición para cuanto pueda necesitar.
