Dealing with the people at Ventura roof tents is a pleasure. Always happy to help and answer any questions in detail. A really personal service. My tent arrived really quickly. The product is extremely good quality and well constructed.
I went for the extended version with annex. Very easy to fit with clear instructions. Nothing fiddly or awkward.
Using the tent is a breeze. Fitting the annex is done in minutes and you’re all ready to go.
Great, comfortable mattress. A very spacious tent. Ample room for 2/3 adults. The first time we used it was in quite strong winds and it held up superbly. The view is great from the various openings. Much better than being down on the ground. A very different camping experience.
Annex is spacious with room for a few people to sit and perhaps 2 to sleep comfortably. Really handy for setting up or storing your equipment or an alternative living space when the weather isn’t playing ball.
The ladder is also great quality and very trustworthy.
Had some great weekends in this excellent tent already. Looking forward to many more now that I’ve ordered the thermal inner tent to extend the season. Packs away super-easily too.

We hit a bit of a snag with our Ventura Tent annex whilst on holiday in France and contacted Ventura customer services advising what had occurred.

I can only say that the response received was immediate and positive with a solution as to how the matter would be resolved. No quibbles, no trying to wriggle out of providing a replacement.

Email updates were received on a regular basis in relation to the collection and dispatch of a replacement of our tent annex.

Overall my experience as been extremely positive and can only thank the Ventura Team for their professionalism in dealing with our problem with respect and an understanding of the predicament we found ourselves.

Had a great experience with the customer service team at Ventura recently. After purchasing a 270 degree awning which was faulty and unfortunately broke while being set up, the team went above and beyond to resolve our issue. They agreed to exchange it for a standard side awning and refund the difference in price as we did not want another 270 degree awning. Within a week they had a sent us a box to send ours back, collected it, sent us our new one and issued the partial refund. After using our new awning over the weekend we are much happier with it, and very pleased with how the team resolved the issue.

I've had the tent just over a year, and it is fantastic, but what really makes the difference is their customer service, friendly, helpful and genuinely very responsive.

I couldn't recommend them enough

Buy Cheap, Buy Twice. Be prepared to have very incomplete instructions, but that's fine it's relatively ok to figure it out. The issue lies with the wrong parts being sent. I ordered the Deluxe 1.4 Roof Top Tent and the 2.5m side awning. For the tent luckily I had spare parts such as nuts, bolts lying around but for the side awning the drill holes for the bracket were misaligned. I couldn't drill new holes as every hole was off and the spacing of these incorrect holes didn't allow for new ones. I did buy my items in 2021 but only got round to fitting them recently. Unfortunately I wont be able to take the side awning on the trip with me without fabricating new brackets. Edit: The order number for the awning was ORDER #5628. Edit 2: Customer service did call upon seeing this review and offered new parts / discount on other items. Kindly declined as I am based abroad so it's a bit of a faff but appreciate the customer service and the offer.

Well Iv slept in my rooftent a few times now but last night I got to test it to the limit with gale force wind & rain. It help up soooo well! Leaked the smallest amount in the corners but we were in the middle of a 60mph storm!!

Would highly recommend! Loads of space, comfy & retains heat well! Overall would recommend! 😊

The tent we purchased some years ago is great! It has plenty of room for myself and my husband. It is a family size (8 or more people), we like the extra room. We are having a problem finding a few poles. This past year we had two splinter on us. We are hoping that you can lend a hand or point us in the right direction. Most of the information I have included what I can find.

Brilliant company to deal with. Order on the Tuesday and delivered by Thursday. The ladders where not big enough to reach the top of my patrol but I simply emailed them and they sorted an extension for the ladders straight away. Great communication and brilliant team to deal with. Can't wait to get out and use my new tent

Amazing from start to finish, delivery company was brilliant, and Ventura customer service was brilliant, they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy . Had one or two issues but they were resolved straight away. All I can say is before leaving any feedback, if you have an issue, speak to the guys first. Been on our first trip to sandsend whitby and parked right on the seafront, the sounds of the sea kept us up all night so next time will be looking for somewhere a bit more secluded, can’t wait to get out there this summer. Would highly recommend Ventura roof tents .many thanks to them :)

As per my previous review I continue to be so very impressed with this small Essex based company. By prior appointment my wife and I visited them to collect our roof tent and have it fitted to our vehicle. It was from our arrival through to departure a truly exceptional experience! An absolutely superb top quality finished product and supported by to say the least impeccable customer service, where nothing was too much trouble. We had numerous questions but their product knowledge coupled with hands on demonstrations ticked all the boxes.

We plan to physically spend time in the next few days for a 'dry run' to actually work through the setting up and packing away process, etc. One or two items still to purchase then we should be ready to go for real. We will plan it to coincide with Ventura's opening hours should we need to call for advice! Anyone interested in our maiden trip, then watch this space.

So thank you William and your team, we are both so delighted that we opted for a Ventura Roof Tent and would definitely not have the slightest reservation in strongly recommending you to anybody who is considering this style of camping!

Installing the replacements was rather straightforward once we got the hang of it.

Well what can I say what a fantastic team, the staff were so helpful, I even learnt come cockney slang ( Deep sea diver ). The Dan's even fitted the roof tent on to my van, I would 100 % recommend this product, Im over 6 foot tall, and there is loads of lenght still to have in the tent. William was there at every stage of the build, making sure I was very happy with the workings of the tent, and said If you need anything more, help or questions he was just a phone call away. The company has excellent customer service and communication.
The after sales service is also first class and very efficient.
The product it’s self is of a very good quality and excellent value for money.
