After seeing the Instagram advert I was very excited about using the product. I used the shade match online and it was absolutely rubbish. I ordered two different shades and one of the shades caused me an allergic reaction. I tried contacting customer services and they said to me I can only return one shade I can’t return to shades because apparently the refund policy is is that you can only refund one shade which I was not aware of but the products have caused me an allergic reaction to which customer services are saying they’re not going to help me and only refund me for one so guys please be aware before you place your order. The shade mat is absolutely rubbish And customer services are absolutely useless

Very bad experience. Do not recommend
One of their products caused me a severe skin reaction that didn’t go away for many days. I was not able to get any kind of refund for the problem encountered. I do not recommend.

LOVE IT!
I've been using VeraLab products for 2 years and they are just great!
I love Relaxing Oil Mask, Olio denso, Siero #Defence and Zero Stress, which are perfect for my sensitive but combination skin.
For body, I especially suggest Slim_me and Mad Mud/Mad Mud Dren: they really do what they promise!
Sales assistants are very skilled, helpful and kind.
I love this brand and can't wait to try other products!

Secondo me è di gran lunga il migliore brand di skincare in circolazione. Adoro sia i loro prodotti che le loro politiche in generale. Sono sempre super disponibili e rispondono alle tue domande per consigliarti al meglio. Spedizioni veloci e molto curate (packaging riciclabile, campioncini ecc..). 5 stelle è il minimo che possa dare!
In my opinion is the best brand for skincare. I not only love their products but also their "politics". They are always there to answer your questions and they have an amazing costumer care. Super fast shipments and good packaging (also for the environment). 5 STARS AT LEAST!

Veralab products and web site
Veralab online shop is one of the greatest, simplest and user friendly websites I've ever used.
You can easily find info about all products and all "how to" instructions. Navigation is clear even if it's your first access. Regarding commerce, you have multiple pay options and also the possibility to split the amount in smaller amounts delaying the total payment.
