Review of an online glassware store

The order, which was intended as a Christmas gift, arrived 1 week late, despite a guaranteed delivery date of no later than December 26th. Honestly, I’m glad I decided to buy another gift, as the quality of the products is far below what was described and shown in the photos on the website.

The website uses popular marketing slogans such as “artisanal production,” but the products I received do not look handmade at all. They appear mass-produced, clumsy, and cheap. I ordered a set of cocktail glasses, a whiskey glass, and a wine carafe.

The products are shipped directly from China, which most likely explains the long delivery time.
