This shop is absolutely terrible. The quality of the items I received was absolutely horrid. The material is terrible and the prints are cheap and blurry. I definitely don't recommend it. On top of that, when I contacted them to get a refund, they said they would give me a 5% refund. I kept going back-and-forth with them, with the refund amount going up a little every time. They told me I would have to return the items in order to get a full refund. I said that was okay on many occasions but they wouldn't give me the return address. I probably went back and forth with these people 50 times. When I finally got the return address and told them to confirm to me that I would get a full refund before I spent more money on shipping, they stopped answering me completely. Now I'm stuck with sweaters I will never wear and 100$ down the drain. On top of their products being falsely advertised and of terrible quality, their customer service is awful. Please don't support these scammers.

Absolutely horrible. I ordered a crew neck and a t-shirt and I am dissapointed. First, I received the wrong product. Second, the product said "One Direction, est. 2012" which is the wrong design for once and also wrong information since the band was formed in 2010. And lastly, the shirt and the sweater were both in terrible quality and it was basically just plastic. The designs were 'printed' in a very bad quality as well, it just looked like it was a photo printed on the product. The shirt felt like a sports shirt and it was plastic. Would not recommend and my orders will be returned

Wish I would have looked at the reviews before buying. Ordered a t-shirt on 3/23. It shipped on 3/30 and I still haven't gotten it. When I emailed because the tracking info was horrible, they told me to be patient because of limited resources. It has allegedly been sitting in Hebron, KY since 4/24. I haven't had any other issues with shipping, so I have no idea what's going on. Very disappointed with their lack of customer service and willingness to help

Sent me the wrong sweater. Only offered at 6 % refund of $30. Refusing to respond back to my email after i declined the 6%

I wish I could give this website/company 0 stars. They are scammers and thieves. They charged me $30 for a cheap knockoff and when I wanted to return it they told me they could only do a 5% refund. After emailing back and forth for a few days they offered a measly 10% refund and refused to give me their return address so I could send it back for a full refund (they tried to intimidate me about the woes of shipping back to them as well). ALSO, I found the exact same picture that they used to market their sweater on the website of a small business...so do what you will with that information. I'm reporting them as scammers to the FTC, BBB, and PayPal (and whoever else will listen to my angry raving). Please do not buy anything from this company they will take your money and send you literal garbage.

This company is solebreak. Search on trust pilot for the reviews. They keep changing their name as they keep getting awful reviews. Please do not make the mistake I made and waste your money. I ordered 2 Harry Potter style jumpers in blue and grey ones arrived. Sounds like no big deal but the quality was awful. The transfers were yellow in colour and looked like glue stains, the images were cracked and broken. When I asked for the correct colour jumpers to be sent and for them to be better quality they refused. When I asked for a refund they refused to give me their company address and offered 8%. After weeks of back and forth I gradually settled for 15% just as I couldn’t waste more time on this joke of a company. If I was allowed to give zero stars I would!
