We're having the same experience as the other reviewer on here.
A simple, no fault claim. Our car was written off but Verex/Dacia Insurance are still showing no signs of paying out over 4 months later.
Every phone call is a repeat performance of the same flippant, incompetent, disinterested script.
Our insurance is under the 'Dacia Insurance' brand but apparently the Verex Group operate under many brands. This awful service reflects directly on the brands it provides service for and our written off Dacia has definitely not been replaced with another Dacia. The brand is tarnished for me now.
Verex Group offer insurance services to MG under their trading name of MG insurance. We have been trying to progress our no fault claim with them since Aug 2022 after someone's dog ran into the road and damaged our car. Every time we talk to them they ask us for the same details they already have, ask us what the claim is and tell us it hasn't progressed. In the meantime I am having to pay out for the repairs myself if I want them doing. Is this why we have insurance ? I recommend any potential MG purchasers avoid these brokers completely from my experience and insure with a reputable and proactive broker instead.
