Deliberately misleading

Deliberately misleading. Find another credit card provider! A 25% increase in all fees from 2019 - 2020?!!!

Hi George,

Thank you for sharing your opinion with us.

As determined by our legal terms we gave a formal notification regarding the increasement of the rates 2020. This was done in ultimo september 2019.

As explained in the change of terms, it is due to the increasing safety requirements in the market and the following costs to maintain and uphold two platforms; this since we have launched the new Engage terminals in 2019.

Our software needs to meet the rules and regulations of e.g. the new PSD2 directive and SCA (Strong Customer Authentication) a.o. to make sure that our customers products are the most reliable and safe to use.

I am very sorry that you are under the impression that we deliberately are misleading our customers and I hope that you will send us an email (kundeservice@verifone.dk) and elaborate your statement.

Have we done you wrong in any way, I will be happy to look at it again and do what I can to clarify the issues.
