Can't unsubscribe or delete account easily. Didn't want it to begin with. But they make it impossible to leave.

How many times do you bill someone? I canceled this after the first day! You ran this payment 2 times in a months time? Refund please!

Stay away from this site. They will just take your money without you signing up for anything and make it impossible to get help. It caused my bank account to go into the negatives and my bank charged me a 30 dollar fee because of it I want my money back.

I called this co. To cancel 3 days after I was trying to get a loan an i recieved my bank statement last month an they are taking money out of my acct I explained that I was struggling an wanted them to cancel immediately an here it is another month gone by an i get my bank statement an they are still taking money from my bank acct each week sometimes 2× per week I was very nice when I called to cancel i will call the BBB this time I want it canceled an a refund it is wrong.

This is highway robbery it takes anywhere from $7.94 to $9.94 multiple times per day for what reason idk

They took $29.94 off my direct Express debit card. I've never heard of them before. I finally talked with someone there and they don't give refunds. Refund? You stole my damn money scammers!!!!

I was charged for a fee on my account without knowing I was subscribed to it and would like to cancel my account and receive my refund for the charges.

This should be a rating for less than zero this company is an abomination. I could barely even get to them because I have a Guardio on my account. It won’t let me open up anything that has to do with them. Good batter otherwise I managed to get two to trust pilot to at least Voice my concerns this company is bad. Don’t get involved with them. They’ve ripped me off several times. I can’t seem to shut it off. I can’t seem to do anything, I don’t know how this can happen as regular people you know I can’t even say certain words on other social platforms while a company like this gets away with ripping people off at large what’s wrong with this damn nation what’s wrong with this system, something needs to be done about it. I’m fighting for my life right now and I don’t need to partake in such proceedings. Otherwise I would I’d take it on myself to fight these assholes and bring them down because that’s what needs to happen. What was in charge of this company needs to be brought into the Light and prosecuted

They don't let you cancel their subscription easily and don't have a proper website to view any options, their main website is just a sign up sheet and you can't cancel, they require you to call customer service but they are a company located in California and it's illegal for them to not have a click to unsubscribe option . If you're in any state that requires click to cancel, please tell them it's illegal in your state to make you jump through hoops to unsubscribe. They only listen if you bring in authorities.

These stupid idiots keep charging me $9.94 every week! Wtf??? Can't reach anyone and had to dispute the charges that cancelled my card and required a replacement be sent out. Thanks for the f"n inconvenience Verify Credit!

Never heard of these folks until today when I saw i had a charge on my account. I called them they said ibsigned up argued with me about that. Yes they are extremely rude will call you a lier saying you did. I said i wanted my money they said there is no refund will offer you a 50 dollar shopping card and 25% off of their monthly charge. Had to tell them they will be hearing from my lawyer im sure they didnt cancel the subscription that I did not sign up for. Had to report my card. Beware of thse folks.

I was directed to this company through various online lenders as the “last step” before securing a loan. They offer for the customer to pay $1 (for a trial membership) to have their credit checked and receive your credit score to forward to the lender and if not cancelled your monthly fee for membership will be $39.99 a month. The company makes it damn near impossible to contact them to cancel. Even after phone calls to the phone number and speaking to a representative they continue to try and charge any debit card , credit card, bank account that I have in my name and have often received money from some new account that I opened.
