Update to review
Update to my review:
I received the refund today, 39 days after paying, so I’m updating my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.
My original review still stands in part: the delivery delays were frustrating, and the gap between the “in stock / 3–5 working days” message and the actual experience was significant. The refund also took longer than initially quoted.
That said, I want to acknowledge that the communication from the person handling my order was generally good. I was kept updated, responses were prompt, and there were clear apologies when things slipped. The delays appear to have been driven largely by distributor and supply-chain issues rather than indifference, and I’m happy to give the benefit of the doubt on that point.
The issue is now resolved, but I would still advise buyers making a high-value purchase to ask for confirmed dispatch and tracking before assuming the item has left the seller’s control.
---------------------------------------------------------
I purchased an NVIDIA RTX PRO 5000 Blackwell 72GB from VeriLicense and paid £6,480 in full on 28 August 2026 — order reference "order and invoice references available on request".
On 28 August, I was told the card would be dispatched that day. A Royal Mail tracking number, MV.....GB, was provided later that evening, but it remained at “We’re expecting it” and the card was never confirmed as collected.
Over the following weeks, I was repeatedly given new assurances and expected delivery dates: that it was waiting for collection, that it would be sent by courier, and that a new tracking number would be provided. On 12 September, a second tracking number, MV....GB, was supplied — but there was still no confirmed collection or delivery.
On 16 September, I cancelled the order and requested a refund. On 21 September, I was told the refund had been deducted from VeriLicense’s account and should take 3–5 working days. It did not arrive within that timeframe.
On 23 September, still having received no refund, the product was still shown on the website as in stock with 3–5 working day delivery. I have a screenshot dated that day showing this. I then opened a bank dispute. On 24 September, I was told the refund had already been sent from VeriLicense’s side and that the dispute might delay it further.
As at 1 October — 34 days after I paid, and well beyond the quoted refund timeframe — I still have not received the refund.
My concern is not simply that a high-value item was late. It is that the stock and delivery information did not match reality, that communication consisted largely of repeated assurances rather than confirmed facts, and that after cancellation I still have not been able to recover my money without involving my bank.
I would not feel confident recommending VeriLicense for a purchase of this size.
