The company i work for has been experiencing serious issues with the app. It will not save valuable information needed to process invoices and quotes. We have reached out many times and just get the run around. Maybe we don't qualify for good service due to the size of the company. Seems like we pay a good amount for this SERVICE. THIS HAS BEEN ONGOING FOR NONTHS NOW.
This department of Verizon is an absolute joke. I have honored my contract. I have put my 60 days notice in but pritchie lampuay from Verizon connect will not cancel the account. He told us ww would need to send the equipment back and he would cancel from there. Pritchie specifically said I will send a return label so the units can be returned. Its 2 months later and still no label. I try to call and pritchie either sends us to voice mail or it just rings. If I call another department looking for a mgr I am always sent back to pritchie. I cannot even cancel the payments to Verizon connect because its attached to my routing number. If you are a business owner please do not buy this system. Yes the system works great but the support after is next to none. As a Verizon phone customer I will not renew this year. This whole situation has left me no choice but to move on from this company. Im also taking my wife and kids with. I do not want to spend my money with a company who gets over on there customers.

This service has been absolutely terrible. We received the devices for our vehicles, but never received any meaningful support for installation or training on how to use the software. During our time as a customer, I went through three different account managers, none of whom were easy to reach. Communication was consistently difficult, and getting assistance when needed was nearly impossible.
The biggest issue, however, has been trying to cancel the service. We canceled in March and were assured that our contract had been terminated. Yet my account continues to be charged every month. Each time I call, I receive a different explanation and am told that the current billing cycle will be the last one. I was initially told it could take one or two billing cycles for the cancellation to process, but it has now been three billing cycles with no resolution and no refund.
At this point, the cancellation process has been far more frustrating than the service itself. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Frankly, Life360 has provided a better experience than this service ever did.

STAY AWAY FROM VERIZON CONNECT!! Awful customer service and tech support. We have various devices that don’t work and we can’t get in touch with our rep. We call and email our rep and never get a response. We call the 800 number and never get anywhere with them. It definitely seems intentional and that Verizon connect’s business plan is to extort money from small businesses. We have a part time employee that works on this most of her day every week day. When calling the 800 number, we are told a manager will call us back and they never do. We have email addresses of some other managers and they always have out of office auto replies. Our sales rep just flat out ignores us and responds once a month with some a promise of fixing problems on our account and none of it ever materializes. I guess at this point, we just need to break our contract. Very frustrating. Our issues have been ongoing for years at this point.

Terrible experience. I purchased several cameras for a few school buses, AFTER A YEAR of fighting to get the right wires and cameras, I wasn't able to set up all the cameras purchased. They just kept sending the wrong stuff. I requested to cancel and get a refund. They will not refund, even after talking to several people.
AVOID VERIZON CONNECT!! I switched to T-MOBILE and they are Wonderfull!

We have been without Distance Travel and Logs route and detail reports for 22 days. We have called we have
sent emails, we have reported to BBB, we are always
told you will get a call back in 24 hours, after 22 days
of uncomplete reports, we have NEVER gotten a call
back, the 2 that are suppose to be handling this will
send out emails that are very uncaring. One had the guts to says we need to train our employees, our employees all have had over 10 years experience in ELD. I hope before people purchase a ELD system they will check it out. You will take to a call center in some
country that you can not understand, and you will get a case number and no one ever calls you back.

This company have the worst customer service. Be careful when you call to inquire about a product, they will sign you up with out your approval and you will have a hard time cancelling that. Really good sales people but really bad solving problems.
Will highly recomend to look to other company's with better customer service and lower prices for the same service.

If you are looking for an ELD, keep looking. The tracking/GPS part of the service is ok. If you are getting it for the Electronic Log Device, just don't. I ended up paying a fine to IFTA for over $6000 because Verizon could not provide detailed records for some of the trucks in our fleet. Their attitude about it was even worse. Calling their customer service for issues would take hours and multiple attempts to get thru various tiers of support. you need a phone or tablet, they are fine. Have an audit on their IFTA records, you are on your own.

We have been using Verizon Connect for 8+ years. They use to have exceptional customer support but since have changed ownership to Reveal and now we can get no technical support. Cases are logged and never responded to. You can not get a direct Verizon representative on the phone and the support number for Australia has representatives with no knowledge of the product. I seriously urge against using this platform. Good technical support is essential to these types of products.

Setup in 2021. Never worked. No support. No contact. Sent new units that didn't work. After dozens of calls I cancelled in 2022. Received confirmation. They are still billing me to this day and have taken me to collections twice. IT IS A SCAM!!!!!

The absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 1) The actual hardware and operational service was terrible. 2) They will lock you into renewing your contract and be sneaky about it. 3) I’ve personally been paying them monthly for almost TWO (2) years and receive absolutely nothing. The only thing they provide me is a monthly bill. 4) I spent hours on hold trying to troubleshoot their equipment that worked horribly. Transfer, transfer and transfer again and start over each time if you can understand the rep. 5) The only thing that they are good at is locking you into a contract that they will bury you with if you try not to pay. 6) I have used exactly 0.0000 data during my current contract which is 12 months in. Do you think they care? They do, but only that I pay them monthly.
Go ahead #VERIZON fact check me. The tree in my front yard has used the same amount of data as I have with VERIZON CONNECT in the last year, nearly two.
If you read this and move forward with VERIZON CONNECT, don’t ever say you weren’t warned. They’re the modern day mafia collecting your money or else!!!

Extremely Frustrating Experience
I’ve been trying to cancel my account with Verizon Connect for months, and it has been nothing but a headache. Customer service is completely useless. Every time I call, they just “take a message” and say my account representative will get back to me—which never happens. No callbacks, no follow-ups, nothing.
My account rep does not answer calls or emails at all. It feels like they just ignore you once you’re trying to leave.
Meanwhile, I’m still being charged for a service I’m not even using. All I want to do is pay whatever cancellation fee is required and close the account, but they make it nearly impossible.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The equipment trackers do not work, I have 4 of them and only 2 of them show up on the website. As of 3/13/2026 one of them last updated on 11/08/2025 and the other last updated its location on 5/29/2025. That is 10 months with no location of my trailer. They won't cancel the account and expect me to pay our the contract until November. What a rip off

Feeras Sako has been extremely professional, attentive, and is honestly the primary reason I remain a Verizon customer.
The Verizon Connect product has been excellent and I have no complaints there. However, the wireless side of the business has been a consistent source of frustration. I have experienced multiple issues including device upgrades, adding desk phones, missing credits that went unresolved for months, and a repeated lack of proper handoffs when representatives left or went on leave. Each time I called in, I had to start over with someone new.
At one point, I exchanged roughly 72 emails with multiple representatives simply to remove and replace a desk phone. During that process, my number was deleted and required significant effort to restore. I was ready to leave Verizon entirely.
That is when Feeras, who asked me to call him Frank, stepped in. Although it fell outside his responsibilities, he made the necessary calls, engaged the right people, and resolved my issue. He genuinely cares, and it never feels forced. When he reaches out, it feels like hearing from a trusted friend rather than a sales representative.
Frank has earned my business. He checks in regularly to ensure my Verizon Connect service is working properly, presents new products when relevant, and follows through on every request.
You have an outstanding employee here. As a business owner, I know how difficult it is to find people who are both capable and genuinely invested in the customers they serve. That combination is rare, and Frank is the real thing. Hold onto him.
