Lovely experience at Verona Couture, Simone was so knowledgeable and helpful. Tried on many dresses but Simone pointed out some which I dismissed but actually suited my figure. Very personal and friendly, just what I imagined my wedding dress experience would be.
The first bridal shop I went to and I left saying ‘yes to the dress’. Simone was absolutely fantastic! I fell in love with a dress 2 years ago in a magazine, way out of budget, so left it on the sideline.
I’d message Simone about this dress enquiring. Not only was she responsive and helpful. She then contacted me at a later date letting me know of a sale! Immediately, an appointment was booked. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe regarding Covid and greeted with a perfectly chilled Prosecco.
Trying on the dream dress first, was amazing. Simone then pulled out multiple different styles, staying consciously in the budget, so I could see other dresses on.
At no point was Simone pushy for a sale, there wasn’t anything more she could of done for us.
Fantastic experience, now I can’t wait to put that dress on again.
