I ordered 2 styles of underwear and something else. I liked the one style, but the other (a thong) did not fit right. I sent an e-mail to customer service. They responded and replaced the items with another! I was 100% satisfied. They exceeded my expectations! Orders do take about 10 or 12 days to arrive, so be ready for that. This is a great company. I will order again. Helpful tip, the underwear is made of different material. Make sure to research the material to make sure it is something you like.

Ordered 18 pairs of underwear in a variety of colors/styles. They decided, on three pairs, to give me whatever color they wanted to. If I wanted those colors, I would have ordered those colors!!! Horrible!!!

I ordered March15th, was told my products will be shipped around April 16th. It is now May21th, and the products are still “Processing”, never left the warehouse! Trying to demand a return, impossible to find. Avoid this site at all cost, waste of time and money!!!

I placed an order for two underwear on 30th March, and it is now 20th May, and have still not had them sent, but they have taken my money!
I did manage somehow to get through to them with a message once, and they said that one of the tops had been delayed, but nothing since, and that was weeks ago! They seem impossible to get hold of.
