Staff very friendly and extremely helpful

The phone consultation is lengthy for people who need emergency treatment and are probably in a panic. It’s a long way to go with a sick animal. Gone are the days when a locum came to you.
The staff at the clinic were professional but the emphasis was always on the cost. Vet wouldn’t even look at him without constant assurance of payment. Happily we can afford £300 for a beloved cat. Most people can’t. Most people can’t afford insurance. Vet fees are beyond most people’s reach. Poor animals. People try to do their best within their means.

Ruth was just fantastic from start to finish
Went on on an emergency birthing for my dog
Kept me well aware of ongoing costs before they happened and even tried a final push before had to resort to a C section for the one remaining pup
The invoice was different in cost than Ruth had originally told me and it was changed instantly

Had 8 healthy pups and my girl is recovering well
If there was a coffeee machine that would have been useful as I was there from 1 am till 10 am
However that said day staff did offer me a drink when they came in at 8am

I was very upset. We came from Sandbach because our vet clinic was closed because it was Sunday. The doctor couldn't examine my dog ​​because he wouldn't let us. The visit lasted 10-15 minutes. We were prescribed medication, but we didn't need one of them because our vet doctor said it wasn't necessary. The visit cost 399 pounds. They just bought an antibiotic. And today we were at our vet clinic, where they pulled the eardrum out of his ear. Before that, they gave him medication to make him sleep, took blood for analysis, prescribed medication for him to take home. They did a good job, and it cost 420 pounds. It was understandable to me. And what did we pay 399 for? Because it was Sunday? Thank you for your time.

My bull terrier needed urgent help. Staff were waiting at the door for him as we arrived and took him straight to the examination room. Within minutes we were being told what was happening and what treatment was required.
Within half an hour a plan had been made and we were in a private room discussing the way forward
We had to leave our dog in overnight but we were kept informed of his progress by telephone
We were able to pick him up the next day with medication and instructions of care over the next few days
I was so grateful of this service as my dog became unwell very quickly and unexpectedly

I would not hesitate to go back here

The staff were very kind and professional and took the time to explain what was happening and made a fuss of my dog which I really appreciated

I have never felt so let down and alone. My little man was hit by a car and was in the worst pain possible, I took him to these vets for help I was desperate, but all they wanted was money! As soon as I said I was on low income and on UC, all compassion left them. I was judged and ignored by more than one member of the team, they had no empathy, all they did was pump my boy full of drugs until my vet opened. I was chastised for not being there at 7am even though I spoke to the vet and said I have his mum and dad at home and they will jump all over him, she said come at 8:30. They knew I am disabled and heartbroken and just wanted my boy fixed. This has to be the worse experience of due care and attention ever, profit before people, you should be ashamed of yourselves, you shattered me, I phoned to see how my boy was and you would not tell me, all I got from you was there is a bill here, I am going to take this further and I am going to be in touch with the ethics committee, shame on you! Jade this had no reflection on you at all, you was the only person there to show any compassion towards me

Caring and compassionate. Saw our cat Alfie quickly and explained all procedures and outcomes. Staff were friendly, professional and very understanding

From phoning the number through to discharge, Now vets were amazing.
Listened to the problems, talked us through everything, kept us updated throughout the weekend.
Staff were caring, understanding and very helpful.
Very greatful to have this service available and wonderful staff to help the pet, and the human.

It was a really welcoming environment and I was seen pretty quickly. They took the stress out of the situation and gave excellent care to my cat. The staff were amazing.

Vets now in Stoke were brilliant when helping us as our puppy had an allergic reaction .

Saturday evening, strong recommendation to put my dog to slip. Three days later my dog is running full of life !!!

The smell was horrendous as you walked in, the consultation room was filthy and quiet shocked at the level of uncleanliness!

Bit of a journey when you have an emergency but couldn’t have wished for a better experience. Seen quickly and bet explained everything simply to us.

My cat was seen fairly quickly and the friendly and caring vet explained his condition and short term pain relief medication comprehensively. The receptionist was also extremely helpful and understanding.

Easy access from phone call, text with directions, to checking in on arrival. Professional and kind receptionist and vet. Timely and full updates.
