Fantastic experience buying a bike from this company. Spoke to Tim on the Monday even tho it was his day off he went out of his way to help me. The Nxt day spoke to Gary who was just as helpful. I asked for a video of the bike and got exactly that. I would definitely recommend via moto if you are looking for a bike. I will definitely use again in the future 10/10 thank you very much one very happy customer.

I'd definitely recommend Via Moto because I have bought two bikes from this dealer. Both are excellent and the pre and after sale service was first class. Great communication throughout the buying process, from originally viewing the bikes, to having them delivered. Both bikes were delivered on time and on a day that I requested by a friendly and professional driver. Top notch stuff, very satisfied!

Matthew and Gary, at Via Moto, have been excellent, I bought a Vespa Anniversary model off Via Moto Ltd, 8 years ago and because Gary had excellent customer service I’ve come back and bought another! I can’t praise Matthew and Gary high enough this time also, along with other staff that I dealt with. Their nothing is too much trouble attitude and assistance was 2nd to none. The help I’ve received will see me coming back again, definitely recommend this company, whether it’s buying a bike or accessories.

Having nearly been burned buying online, I was very apprehensive doing it again. I came across Via Moto & after a call to Mathew, I was very comfortable doing a deal. It was very painless & easy ( TOO easy my wife reckons!) and my bike arrived with unexpected extras like new tyres and a longer MOT. Bike was as expected, delivery quick and easy, driver very helpful. I found Matthew, Gary & Christine a pleasure to deal with and a credit to the company. If (when? Sshh don't tell the wife!) I come to buy another bike, I will come here first.

First time I have used Via Moto, Barnsley. But it won't be the last. Very friendly, easy going staff. No pushy salesmen. Traded my bike in for a decent amount too. The whole purchase of my bike from start to finish was probably the best I have ever had to do.

I recently bought a Kawasaki VN900 from Via Moto, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The bike is fantastic, and their customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Delivery was smooth and right to my door. Special thanks to Matthew for his excellent support—made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I bought a Moto Guzzi V7 from them at the beginning of 2023 and so far have had a couple of services and other bits and bobs, including riding gear. I am very happy with their service and friendliness. I would not hesitate to buy another bike from them and will keep using them for maintenance.

Via Moto listed the HJC 10b with free delivery (over £50). When I tried to checkout my basket it kept adding a £4.99 delivery charge. I emailed them about this but got no reply. Wasted my time, so I ordered from Sportsbikeshop instead. If Via Moto want to do business they need to do a lot better. I'll just avoid them in future.

Recently had my Aprilia Tuono serviced by them and upon arriving home noticed they had overtightend and misaligned my chain to where it had only 5mm of free play. Spoke to the service manager who although apologetic tried to fob me off by saying it could have tightened up whilst riding. I BEG YOU do not let these amateurs service your bike.

I just wanted to say a big thanks to Will, Gary and the team at Via Moto in Sheffield i bought a new 961 from them and as a Quality Manager myself its extremely refreshing to see proper customer service ..great bunch and buy with 100% confidence.

Thanks folks and you will be 1st on the list at trade in time (not that I'm ever going to sell the Norton though- its awesome :-) )

Highly recommend.Matthew and his team are first class.

Bought a Garmin GPS for my bike from Via Moto, specifically for using on a trip to France. After very little use and only a few weeks before the trip the GPS stopped working and Garmin insisted on it being sent back to them, rather than just replacing it.
I got superb, pro-active help from Via Moto. Thanks Steve. They hustled Garmin along and I was telephoned with updates on progress. All efforts to get the unit back in time for my trip - which I did. Great post-sales customer support. Everything you would hope it to be.

Was going spend £4000 on a bike but decided to read reviews first, started with the lowest, yep there all right, terrible customer service, sent them pics of there reviews they didn't deny it or try explaining, then they replied goof luck getting a bike so obviously can't spell lol, bad company

the professionalism from all staff was an excellent experience to point that you need .

I called in to look at Motorcycle Safety Helmets and was met by the Manager (Mat) who was very friendly, polite and extremley helpful.
He introduced me to their expert (Steve) who was likewise . . . I received a superb service, no pressure whatsoever just friendly help and advice from a very knowledgable chap.
I came out with the helmet I needed at a price I wanted - EXCELLENT SERVICE and Highly Recommended.
I'll be going back in the Spring (to see Steve) when I'll be getting a new Jacket, trousers & boots.

Great service and efficiency from Gary after purchasing a tuono 660, delivered the bike promptly and carefully, would highly recommend this team , got a test ride in summer and eventually purchased in winter after deciding to wait a little longer whilst saving to avoid having to finance, no pressure to finance and wring more profit out of the sale, in Gary's words "I sell bikes not finance " well done via moto ,Paul

Very impressed with the friendliness, product knowledge and willingness to help with any issues. I live in the Northwest and happily travel 70+ miles to Sheffield for servicing and support, and a fully stocked clothing and accessories shop. Even an offer of a cup of tea when you arrive.

We purchased a new Honda 500cc bike in May 2021, and ordered, and paid for, a couple of accessories at the same time.
One item, heated grips, is still outstanding, and we are getting the run around as to when they will be fitted. Nobody bothers to get in touch to provide an update, and in each of the last three months, whenever we have chased up the spares department, we are told they should be in by the end of the month, and they will be fitted straight away.
Eventually you question the integrity and credibility of whet you are being told, and suspect that once they have your money, they are not too concerned.

Fantastic customer service, a real pleasure to deal with. I will definitely use them again. Particular thanks to Steve.

What a fantastic customer experience absolutely nothing has been too much trouble for them
I purchased a Vespa special edition Sei Giorno and even with covid restrictions you could not do business more easily
The bikes great tbe service is great tbe people are great including Vicky great choice of Reg plate what a I lovely touch and wonderful surprise all as part of the service
I wouldn’t look anywhere else don’t waste your time like I did until I found Via Moto
