I had a great experience with Via Biler in Kastrup. I was greeted with a smile from the moment I went in till the moment I drove off with the car. Simply great customer service. We do went around different car brands in Kastrup and Via Biler was by far the most customer oriented and a reason we ended up getting a Toyota car.

Something must be misunderstod, as we never make anything without asking the costumer first. I dont know where the 4600,- is coming from, wich is why im sure that you must have talked each direction, and not speaking same language may have caused the misunderstanding.. Im very sorry that you got the imprression that we did extra work without telling, because we dont ever do that.

The seller was so good and had pretty much patience to explain all what I dont understand with the new tech.
My backlights were’nt working after delivery. I didnt call for an appointnent that day, just drive to the shop and they fixed it right away. So happy and contented. Good job!!

I bought my car from Via Biler around a month ago. From the first day I went there for the test drive, until the day they delivered the car, the car consultant, Mathias, helped me a lot to make a good decision by explaining the options of the car and the services they offer. He was following up on every single matters to deliver good quality and fast services. I am still in touch with him and ask my questions regarding the car.
They also offered me a very good car loan which was even cheaper than what the car company typically offers to the customers.
The car delivery was also very quick.
I have had a good experience with Via Biler and highly recommend it.
