I got tickets to a football game in Buenos Aires, paid a big price for good seats, the tickets for the game aren’t clear on what the seat number is or the section, then I was shown to a section as my tickets were for a standing section. By the time we finally got into the section only the front row was free, couldn’t see, completely horrendous service - customer service is telling me I should have contacted before the event when I only received the tickets a matter of hours before and was clearly deceived. Don’t worry about the 100% guarantee - they don’t honour it.

Horrible experience for a concert we flew to Barcelona for.
They sad I will receive my tickets just before the concert (even though I bought them in November already) which did not happen. Their customer support were just lying to us when I tried to escalate it.

Now I am struggling to get my refund.

Do not buy from this company, it is a proper rip off. Found tickets for the same concert same seat for 50% of the price. also questioning google why this page pops up first when you are looking for concerts. ATTENTION ATTENTION

The prices on the website seem randomly generated. I looked up prices for "Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 - A Painted Symphony", there are still Upper Tier, Floor and General Admission tickets available it says - for simplicity I'm only talking about the Upper Tier Tickets here.

The tickets are 278€, for a friend they're 175€ so that made me think... So I tried opening the website in another browser with which I've never opened the site and pasting the direct url to the event. Surprisingly now the tickets are 281€ while in the former browser, even after refreshing, they still are 278€.

I would think at least twice about buying tickets here.

I could not download my Ed Sheeran Concert tickets (700€) Just spoke to Dayana, Novie and Andra - all of them have received Screenshots and I explained the situation multiple times on the phone and via the chat. Although I submitted, screenshots, was on the phone with them multiple times and spoke to the customer service for hours they won't refund me. Terribe service, never ever again. Would not recommend!

This is a scam! They double sell their tickets and offer a price guarantee but only if you have a letter from the venue saying the tickets didn't work. And the venues close their ticket offices as soon as the game/show starts and viagogo knows this. DO NOT BUY THROUGH THIS VENDOR! They are overpriced and there's no guarantee of admission.
