I’ve used Viagogo several times and every experience has been excellent. Most recently, I bought tickets on the day of the match (Der Klassiker!), and I was impressed that the tickets were delivered to my email in less than two hours. Everything went smoothly, the tickets worked perfectly, and I had an amazing time at the game.
Viagogo has proven to be reliable, fast, and easy to use, even for high-demand events. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a trustworthy ticket platform.

Little bit expensive but a very interesting Experience to see Jets vs. Panthers / first time in my life visiting a NFL Football game.

Ordered Tickets late morning on the day of event. The tickets were not sent, a confirmation email stated I should have the tickets. Requested the tickets again and then got a message 2 minutes before the event kicked off that the tickets ordered were not available but I was "upgraded" and received different tickets. In my opinion these were worse seats, but they were anyway too late to still get to the event. Tried to chat with the provider/platform but the system cut me off multiple times. I then shortly after received another set of tickets in a different category that I had not ordered either.
I tried reaching customer support through chat aproximately 7-8 times and when I finally got through to an agent (which was after the event) they plain out refused to refund saying I should have complained earlier. they can clearly see that the tickets were not issued in time but still refuse to cooperate. Just overall bad customer service. I asked to receive a phone number and name for a division manager or director but was only asked to contact them through chat (which I did) without success. They give you the run around and BS customers, so they don't have to cough up the money even if they mess up. can not recommend this platform and will never deal with them ever again.

As a foreigner in Hamburg for nine months, I've longed to watch an HSV match. I successfully bought tickets via Viagogo. The game was thrilling, and I felt incredibly lucky to secure my seat this way. Though the ticket cost me 64 euros, more than double its face value, it was a price well worth paying for such an amazing experience. Viagogo's platform is fantastic, and I'll definitely use it again.

Horrible experience as a seller.

The buyer cancelled the ticket 1.5 hours after door was open and they just let them. They won’t protect you as the seller and apparently will even charge you even though you did everything right and honest.

Would not recommend people to go through the stress.

3 tickets for Octoberfest were taken and I had the following issues
1. The time I booked was for 4 pm
2. The envelope i got mentioned 5pm at Adler Gallery
3. The ticket coupon i had was for 6pm and a different area
4. The tent did not have the reservation in my name and could not find the same
5. The price charged was 3 times the normal price of the tickets and vouchers 785 euro against 260 euro
I have asked for refund of as feeling totally cheated.
Please make sure from the event organiser if they are allowed to sell tickets and not black market the same.

Worst website and worst customer service

Bought the ticket few hours before the concert and received it 5 minutes after the order. The ticket worked :)

🚨 Avoid Viagogo at all costs! 🚨

I travelled all the way from Swansea to London for Coldplay at Wembley, only to be denied entry because my tickets had already been scanned. Wembley even gave me written proof that I never got in.

On the night, I contacted Viagogo immediately. The rep said they would send replacement tickets, then went silent on the call — no cancellation, no explanation, nothing. I never received the promised email. By the time I managed to get through again, all replacement tickets had been sold.

Since then, I’ve been stuck in a loop of identical “we’ll get back to you in 72 hours” emails. Even after I called again on 8th September, a rep admitted the 72-hour emails were sent in error, and told me my refund had been processed and approved. But then I got the same 72-hour email again!

On top of that, the payment was taken in dollars even though prices were shown in pounds — another shady move that wasn’t made clear.

This is a disgraceful way to treat customers. Under their so-called “guarantee,” I should already have had my refund, but instead they stall and delay. I’ve now had to involve my bank and raise a dispute, because Viagogo have failed to deliver both the tickets and the refund.

💡 If you’re reading this: save yourself the stress, money, and heartbreak — buy only from official sellers like Ticketmaster. Viagogo is NOT worth the risk.

Perfect seats, easy purchasing process

Was a bit worried because of the comments. But everything went well. I got the Coldplay Tickets the night before and I got them via Ticketmaster which was reliable. Thank you

Great view, easy to find

Do not buy any tickets from this site full stop! Me and my girlfriend spent over £500 for Coldplay tickets for the 6th of September 2025. We still hadn’t received any tickets the morning of the event so we contacted them and they assured us the tickets would be in our account by 3:45 which was an hour before the show.

3:45 came there were still no tickets in the account we went on virtual chat with them for hours I was on the phone to them for hours they were absolutely useless and did not seem interested in sorting the tickets for us. Eventually after 45 mins I got through to them and they kept putting us on hold then said they would call us back after 30 minutes which never happened. THIS HAPPENED TWICE!

Finally at 6pm they said they were going to offer alternate tickets as ours were never sent. Turns out they couldn’t offer us any even though on there website they were still selling tickets for over £400. We had spent over £300 for accommodation and travelled 4 hours for the event and we still couldn’t go. They ruined our weekend because they are a selfish and thieving company whom I would never ever purchase anything off ever again.

They should be ashamed and I would urge NO ONE purchase any tickets from them. Their customer service is terrible and do not seem interested when you spent £500 which is a lot of money on tickets to not even bother sending them!! Moral of the story don’t buy tickets on this app!!!!!

We purchased two tickets for Coldplay on 6th September 2025, spending over £500, plus more than £300 on accommodation and travel. Despite reassurances from the company that the tickets would appear in our account by 3:45pm on the day of the concert, they never arrived.

We spent hours trying to contact customer service via phone and live chat, but the support was extremely poor. Calls were put on hold indefinitely, and we were twice promised a call back that never happened. Eventually, after 6pm, we were told that our tickets had not been sent and that they would attempt to offer us alternatives. Despite tickets still being advertised on their website for over £400, they claimed they could not provide us with replacements.

The result was that we missed the concert entirely after investing significant money and time. Our weekend was ruined due to their negligence and lack of accountability.

This company’s customer service is unhelpful, unprofessional, and dismissive. They failed to deliver the product we paid for, caused us financial loss, and showed no genuine effort to resolve the issue.

I strongly urge others to avoid purchasing tickets from this company. They cannot be trusted and should be held accountable for their unacceptable practices.

I recently purchased tickets through viagogo.com for 2 events and had positive experience, but I also wanted to share some constructive feedback. Overall, the process was smooth and efficient - the ticket was transferred ahead of time and everything went well at the entrance. I appreciated how easy it was to make the purchase.
However, I did notice a few things I believe are important to point out:
1.) The website states that “prices include all fees,” but that wasn’t the case in my experience. The price displayed on the seat map (174 EUR) did not include additional 41% fee (72 EUR) that was only shown at checkout, nor did it include taxes (16 EUR). Therefore, 174 EUR vs 262 EUR is quite a difference.
2.) There was no way to see the face value of the ticket, which made it difficult to understand how much more I was paying compared to the original ticket price.

Transparency in pricing is very important for users to make informed decisions. I hope you can consider making updates on the site to better reflect the total cost earlier in the process and to include face value information as well.

I get my tickets as suponed, amazing service and great location. Great Match

Worked well, quite a high commission charged though considering the original price of the ticket. However everything was professionally handled and reliable on short notice.
