I bought tickets that could not be delivered because of an error with the actual seller. As a result we missed the show, got no tickets. The whole thing was a mess. I would never use this site.

great proccessing with ticket purchase

Very easy to buy and obtain tix!

A very helpful company, who makes sure you get the right tickets and have a wonderful experience no matter what.

I was dubious buying tickets for Olivia Dean on the day of the concert on Viagogo, especially because I had never used it before. The tickets were expensive but the pdf arrived promptly and we had a great time at the gig!
I would use the service again for last minute tickets. Thank you!

Clapton delivered! Great setlist, fantastic musicians. Not much hoopla to get the crowd going, actually no need to. Just listen 2 hours to blues & rock music. Oh yea....full house.

I am extremely disappointed with Viagogo.

I sold tickets for two orders (639854149 and 640516578), but these tickets were originally purchased through Viagogo itself (orders 640509732 and 639509160). Despite this, I am being held fully responsible for issues with the tickets.

As a result, multiple payouts have been completely wiped out:
€1647.24, €1619.12, €1251.70 and €210.96
On top of that, an additional €2703.80 is currently on hold.

This means over €7000 is effectively gone or blocked.

I acted in good faith by sourcing tickets directly from Viagogo’s own platform. If the tickets were invalid or problematic, this clearly originates from within their own marketplace supply chain.

Holding resellers fully liable in this situation is unfair and unacceptable.

As a 22-year-old student, this is a massive financial hit and feels completely disproportionate.

I am requesting a full investigation into the original ticket sources and a reversal of these penalties.

Fair ticket pricing without the gouge on fees

I bought the ticket on the day and was able to download it immediately after payment. However, the booking fees were extremely high — almost the same price as the ticket itself.

Everything went well....the tickets I got where in a great place...I little bit expensive

I was an anxious wreck until the tickets arrived as its the first time ever using this site. The tickets only came on the same day as the concert. I was so concerned I kept on speaking to customer service, whom did try to reassure me everything would be ok but I was so anxious up until they arrived as I was taking my daughter with me. Low and behind on the day they came and they upgraded our tickets free of charge! I coudnt of been more happier for the full overall service I recieved, I will definately use again and me and my daughter had an amazing time! Thankyou ☺️

Very smooth service! Bought tickets for a Borussia Dortmund game, had a great time. No complaints, good service. Price could be a bit lower 😉.

I had an issue at first because I didn’t receive my tickets when there was 1 hour left before the concert but Viagogo immediately gave me the option to either get a refund or change my tickets for no additional costs. I chose the latter and got my new tickets within 5 minutes. Very fast service & smooth experience

I got the ticket weeks ahead the concert. Everything went smoothly and I had a great time! 🙂

Very disappointing and customer-unfriendly experience.

I only received an order confirmation, while the actual tickets will only be released one day before the event.

When I contacted support because I wanted to resell the tickets in time, I was told this is only possible through their own platform, with an additional €70 service fee.

The biggest issue is that their resale system requires me to upload the tickets first, while I have not received those tickets yet. This makes their proposed solution impossible to use in practice.

In addition, I found the communication from the support chat highly unprofessional, denigrating, and intimidating. I was explicitly told that my account could be blocked or suspended if I contacted my payment provider or bank regarding this issue.

As a customer, this felt extremely unreasonable. I expected proper customer support and a workable solution, not pressure and threats.

I am still requesting a full refund.

Information well provided and the e-ticket was well on time delivered to me.
