Coldplay concert i Milan

I ordered Coldplay tickets for their concert in Milan on June 25th. I was told that the tickets would be delivered to my home by June 21st, which I thought was too late. I contacted customer service, who responded quickly and were very helpful. They suggested that I could change the delivery address to my hotel in Milan, but I decided to wait since they said the tickets could be sent earlier. A few days later, I received a tracking number, and the tickets with my name on them were delivered to my home three weeks before the concert. Throughout the whole process leading up to the concert day, I was kept updated by Viagogo. I am extremely satisfied with Viagogo's delivery and follow-up. And the concert was a fireworks display from start to finish. I can definitely recommend both Viagogo and Coldplay :

Worst experience online ever!!

Worst experience online ever. Looked at tickets for 700, - DKK per ticket but viagogo charged me 4,032 DKK for two tickets.
Haven’t received the tickets and they won’t cancel the booking.
I NEVER accepted the price they charged me.
You can only contact them via a form on the website and they’re not helpful!

For your own sake - do not go there!!!!!

No customer service at all

trying to sell tickets and they were sold (order-ID 6886032). but then i found the sale price was not the same as i listed. I clicked report problem and found this will cancel the order, so i clicked cancel report. But then it seemed the order was canceled any way. a technical problem? I took contact but no reply at all. I still have the tickets but i don't know what to do now. The buyer might be still waiting for the tickets?
I bought Adele ticket from Viagogo and fortunately it went well. but i read so many reviews with fake tickets and i am not sure if the one i got is real.
it is terrible service.

Invaild Tickets (rating updated 8 April 2016, after good response from Viagogo customer service)

Eric from Viagogo customer service contacted me yesterday, and had a very reasonable resolution for me. It took some time, but now I understand the issue took some time to look into (more communication along the way would have helped). I have changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars now...

Invalid Tickets, denied entrance at the gate (Camp Nou)
I bought tickets from Viagogo to see the Barcelona - Sevilla match at the Camp Nou on 28th February 2016 (order ID 6489769). We travelled to Barcelona from Oslo, just to see the game with my 2 boys and one of their friends.
We were denied entry at the gate !!! Only one out of our 4 tickets were valid. They sent us to the ticket office to try to sort it out. At the ticket office, they fixed another of the 4 tickets but told us that 2 out of the 4 were already "used" (someone had already gained entrance using the same two tickets). I was with two 9 year olds and a 12 year old, so the 2 "good" tickets were of no use to me!!! I spent $1200 on plane tickets and another $500 for the hotel for my boys to see this match!
Viagogo has not been responsive to my requests for a refund. Other than the automated messages back from their system, I have not had feedback from them on this case!

Update (7 April 2016) --> No reply still
Update (6 April 2016) --> No reply since March 18th
"Ray" from Viagogo replied and told me 3 weeks ago that he would "immediately investigate my case, and will get in touch with me directly shortly". Still waiting for any contact !!!!

SCAM DO NOT BUY HERE

I'll be honest and say we're a bit disappoint with the lack of customer service as we've emailed several times without any response. We have two issues that need to be resolved. Firstly, our profile setting was set to Hong Kong, before the tickets were purchased I took a photo of the screen to confirm the pricing with my partner. The screen was in HK dollars. So you can imagine our complete shock when we found that we had actually been charged in US dollars. What we thought was HK1665 ( x2 = 3680HK) was actually in US dollars. So we paid in total 3,836.83 US dollars for two tickets which is 29,785.27 HK. I'm sure you can understand the frustration. Also the tickets that were purchased are B Reserved. When you hover over the ticket that was purchased It's a floor ticket. What the actual seller gave us was Section 113, Row 15, Seat 15/16. When we asked the seller (30min before the show started) she said this was the B Reserved ticket and left the casino quickly. All messages went unanswered. This ticket and seat section were in the back of the stage... honestly the worst tickets in the house. We were going to just soak up the loss but given the fact that we were charges quadruple the price and the tickets that we received were not what we even paid for... we have an issue. We wrote to Viagogo after we noticed the huge charge and after 15 days they wrote back that they could't do anything because we didn't call right when we got the tickets. Firstly, they don't even list a customer service number on their site (sign number one!)... who were we suppose to call? But what we find really frustrating is the fact they won't stick by their 100% promise that they make you. Their seller sold bad tickets and they won't do anything about it. You've been warned! Don't buy here!!! Keep in mind we were also charged a $500 US dollar 'booking fee'... Insanity. Poor to zero customer service. Really awful company and I'll do everything in my power to make sure everyone knows about it until they fix the issue. DON"T BUY HERE!!!!
