Tickets arrived a couple days before the event with no issues. Overall it was an unproblematic experience.

I flew in specifically for a Champions League match. I bought tickets in advance. Two days before the event, there were no tickets. I was talking to a bot, calling the hotline, and the consultants brushed me off, saying something different each time: that they were looking for replacement tickets, that they were contacting the organizer, that the tickets would be available an hour before the match. I was sitting outside the stadium, and an hour before, there were no tickets. Only then did they decide to help me after a whole day of asking for help. There were no more replacement tickets and no way to get into the match. My heart broke.

Nie potrafili zaproponować alternatywnego rozwiązania oprócz obietnicy zwrotu kosztów za bilety. Poziom frustracji oraz złości był bliski interwencji ochrony wyścigu. Pozostało wrócić nam do domu. Unikajcie jak ognia. Gorzej nie mogło to się skończyć. Za tydzień kończę 50 lat. Bilet był prezentem. Be careful with this website. I strongly advise against it. We had planned a weekend in the Netherlands for an F1 race – a hotel in Amsterdam, a meeting with friends at the track. We drove 1,400 km to Zandvoort only to be told, "Someone else has your tickets. You won't be allowed on the track." Miraculously, the operator responded after several hours of trying to contact us. They had sold our tickets to someone else. They couldn't offer an alternative solution other than a refund. The level of frustration and anger was close to race security's intervention. We had no choice but to return home. Avoid them like the plague. It couldn't have ended any worse. I turn 50 next week. The ticket was a gift.

Regarding the Tomorrowland festival, Viagogo deserves the best reviews. I've never had a problem getting tickets for this festival. I know they sometimes get bad reviews, but that's not the case with Tomorrowland. I always order Tomorrowland tickets through Viagogo, and everything is top-notch. I receive an e-ticket, which I exchange for a wristband at the entrance.

I received my ticket for the Schawn Mendes concert the day before, everything worked and I had a great time.

do not buy tickets from this company, beware of scammers... they have been trying to convince me for a week that I will get tickets. Yesterday, one of the ladies from this office wrote me an e-mail saying that I will get the tickets today by 8.30 in the morning, but I don't have them yet. after a telephone conversation with their employee, Mr. Teodor, because he introduced himself this way, he said that I couldn't count on a refund and there were still no tickets. We bought fake tickets to Weekend! The tickets have not been accepted! A price was higher than regular!
I will look for prosecuting of these frauders indeed!

I mention that my w / the purchase was dictated, that portal Viagogo pledged to provide the original ticket by courier rather than e - ticket for foreign name. If I had I knew portal viagogo change the terms of the agreement, I would never have bought the ticket at an inflated price.

I'll be honest and say we're a bit disappoint with the lack of customer service as we've emailed several times without any response. We have two issues that need to be resolved. Firstly, our profile setting was set to Hong Kong, before the tickets were purchased I took a photo of the screen to confirm the pricing with my partner. The screen was in HK dollars. So you can imagine our complete shock when we found that we had actually been charged in US dollars. What we thought was HK1665 ( x2 = 3680HK) was actually in US dollars. So we paid in total 3,836.83 US dollars for two tickets which is 29,785.27 HK. I'm sure you can understand the frustration. Also the tickets that were purchased are B Reserved. When you hover over the ticket that was purchased It's a floor ticket. What the actual seller gave us was Section 113, Row 15, Seat 15/16. When we asked the seller (30min before the show started) she said this was the B Reserved ticket and left the casino quickly. All messages went unanswered. This ticket and seat section were in the back of the stage... honestly the worst tickets in the house. We were going to just soak up the loss but given the fact that we were charges quadruple the price and the tickets that we received were not what we even paid for... we have an issue.We wrote to Viagogo after we noticed the huge charge and after 15 days they wrote back that they could't do anything because we didn't call right when we got the tickets. Firstly, they don't even list a customer service number on their site (sign number one!)... who were we suppose to call? But what we find really frustrating is the fact they won't stick by their 100% promise that they make you. Their seller sold bad tickets and they won't do anything about it. You've been warned! Don't buy here!!! Keep in mind we were also charged a $500 US dollar 'booking fee'... Insanity. Poor to zero customer service. Really awful company and I'll do everything in my power to make sure everyone knows about it until they fix the issue. DON"T BUY HERE!!!!

I purchased two tickets for the Poland vs Ireland game for this Sunday. I received the tickets. Could you please tell me from where you got the PESEL numbers which are on the tickets? While purchasing the tickets you had asked only for date of birth.The organizer of the match told me that all data has to match with ID Cards. I'm going to travel 300 km for this event. How can I be sure that they will let us go in.
You customer care is hopeless. I have been sending messages, emails, facebook messages, comments and etc. without any reply!
