Package was delivered to wrong house. Found honest residents at least. I gave a reluctance to use Vianne Jewelry again.

Thank you so much for your review. I'm sorry to hear that the package was delivered to the wrong house. We use Royal Mail for all shipments and mistakes do happen sometimes though not often. Please note this is unfortunately out of our control as the delivery was done completely by Royal Mail. I have already contacted them regarding your delivery and was waiting for their reply but I'm glad that you found your package already.

After 5 days stone fell out
After 5 days stone fell out, they made out it was my fault first of all, no sorry for inconvenience, customer service is awful, I had to email 3 times asking for an update, they said I gave them wrong order number when it was the one they emailed me, just all round disappointing, new ring sent back to me. Won't be ordering from them again.
