No tags/labels
I bought my item as a gift but it arrived with no labels or tags and not internally packaged or wrapped. It was also very badly creased - for a jumper that was supposed to be almost £100 full price I was disgusted!! I have emailed customer service but no response. Item has now been returned in the state it was delivered - I am awaiting my refund!
