Have to be honest , whilst I was happy with getting the product I asked for.. it took months to come and communication with Simon was shocking and deadlines that cane and went.. Very stressful! I'm actually surprised I got product in the end.. Would never recommend based of dreadful service and long wait!

Product never came, communication with Simon France of Take2technology(and Vibejam) went completely dark after I requested a tracking number. If this business is even legitimate, I would be surprised. Over $200 lost, hopefully I'm their last victim. I Wouldn't change my satisfaction score if my product miraculously arrived tomorrow, but I would edit this review as well as all the others I'm going to post on the Internet. If this is a real business, their actions are inexcusable.

Phoned the company and spoke to a guy called Simon about a mobile printer, he could not have been more helpful and informative so much so we paid for the product over the phone and 3 days later as promised and in time for my daughters birthday it arrived. Very friendly guy and would definitely recommend.

Bought an airplay adapter, back in march 2014. Site displayed item as "in stock". After a few weeks, tried to get in touch with customer service because my purchase hadn't been delivered. Had a hard time, getting an answer. I got someone called Simon once or twice, who apologized about not been able to deliver, because of family problems, blah blah blah. and that he would send my adpater the next day. Waited another few weeks, item was never sent. After another few weeks, managed to get through to Simon, who said he would refund my order. We're now end of october, my purchase has never been refunded and after sending twenty mails, never got any answer. Site to be avoided absolutely !!!!!
