Thieves. That's the best way to describe this company. I paid for a sign four months ago and had nothing sent out. Wish they meet their fate for robbing me.

I have an order since August 2020 guys, and never been delivered!

Those guys are frauds they will never check emails or Instagram DM's, and if they do they will give you a false tracking number so you think that there is a shipment for you.

Don't waste your money!

If you want to throw your money away this is the company to buy from!!! I ordered light in September 2020 - had no response to a delivery date. I suspect this is another scam company and have reported them to the bank to attempt to get my money back!

Finally received my galaxy light after waiting weeks and weeks. Used twice before it stopped working and the plug fitting fell into the actual light so you can no longer plug it in. Tried to contact Vibings multiple times with no response. Awful customer service!

Ordered months ago for a Christmas present. Order didn’t arrive. I tried to contact the company over 15 times with no response.
I reported fraud to my card company and they refunded me the money. Viking’s then disputed the claim and immediately posted the light to me ... once I saw they were now sending the light - I’d emailed them (another 8 times with no response) telling them not to post the goods as id been waiting 3mths and I’d since ordered elsewhere.
The light finally arrived with wires everywhere, no links, no instructions not useable and now I’m stuck with it as they won’t accept a return or provide me with any information! Never ever ever buy from this ‘company’ a complete disgrace! Shame on you!

Arrived about 3 months late, no response from team on emails and when product did arrive, there was no vibings branding and the product is quite cheap feeling.

Sadly another 1 star review. Bought a galaxy projector for my daughter for Xmas. The bluetooth function does not work properly and get that annoying electronic voice, so can't use it as a light. Wrote to them 27th December no reply again on 10th Jan both on their site and by email. Not even the courtesy of a response. That was my daughters xmas present.
I can see Vibings don't respond to negative reviews so the point of this is just to STOP others making the same mistake as me. I will also try and find them on Twitter!

They are scammers. Don't buy from them. They took my money and never delivered. Then charged me again 3 months later. I have reported them to the police and to the bank. They changed their name 14 times in 1.5 years, check their history on their insta account. #scammers

Ordered in Black Friday sale and received confirmation. No delivery. No response to any contact. Absolutely shocking service. I wish that I had read these reviews before I ordered.

My wife bought a family member a neon light and we still haven't seen it weeks later.

Do NOT buy from this company unless your money is protected via PayPal ect! I’ve had no communication from them after purchasing a neon light for £155 , they basically have dismissed me ! They don’t return emails and there is no contact number. SCAMMERS TONTHE HIGHEST ORDER!! ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌

Ordered a galaxy light and upon arrival 6weeks later it didn’t work. There were about 4 stars! They won’t give me a refund at the end of October they shipped a replacement - which is still nowhere to be seen it’s now mid December. The light was £45 but on the tracking they are shipped from China I do not want to know how much profit they are making off these cheaply bought lights.

Shocking, definitely a scam. Nearly to months waiting on a neon sign. Emailed 4 times nothing back.

I ordered a Custom neon light at the beginning of October, the money was taken from my account immediately but nothing has arrived and it’s now December. Numerous emails to the company go unanswered, numerous auto generated emails come to me offering special offers. I now wish I had read the reviews before ordering. It appears the site is legit but clearly the management are not!

Update - my order arrived after 3 months. I’d given up on it, but now it’s here. It’s actually an excellent product. However I would rather have paid more to have it 2 months ago. I still wouldn’t order from them again.

please people do not and i repeat DO NOT order from them I have ordered from the first of October and have been patiently waiting for over two months (till December 2). so I did what every logical person would do and cancelled my order while demanding a refund. What they did was a huge shock to me they didn't refund my money that is $242. I have worked hard for my money and they come and scam people like this its so disguising to me how some people live like this and don't care. lastly I would like to repeat ALWAYS CHECK THE WEBSITE YOU BUY FROM OR GO TO AMAZON OR ANY KNOWN WEBSITE!! even though amazon is more expensive at least they don't cheat and spam you.

Vibings STINKS!! BUNCH OF THIEVES!!! Ordered in October, now it's December. No communication from the company, no shipping info, but they have my $95.00. Currently disputing transaction with credit card company. Save yourself the headache and order from Amazon.

i received my vibiings projector and i cant sleep without it being on, really livens the room ad also i use it to have some lit parties, delivery it said 7 days but i got it in 3 days somehow which was a bonus. thanks vibiings
