Don't trust this company I have ordered…

Don't trust this company I have ordered a Revolving Jewelry Cabinet
White × 1, since the 25th of November 2023, and contacted them on the 6th of January 2024 and they said I need to be patient, although it takes them 3 - 7 days for Europe to deliver any product, it took them now almost 5 months to send my product and I haven't even gotten any apology nor any E-Mail to give me information about my product or where it is right now.

And they have a 100% return money policy, let's see if this is true.

I also tried to enter their website and follow my tracking number, but unfortunately nothing.

And they didn't even bother to respond in the email with my name, they just called me "Dear buyer".
