Though it is not one of the big chinese e-shops, it has a great reputation in my country (Greece) and since my purchased phone (Huawei Honor 6) suddenly dropped in a bootloop mode, their service and support was there for me to fix the problem!
Bought two phones, first was in chinese so it had to be flashed and after that it has no signal. Second one came up with a scratch to the inner side of the camera, and they never replied to my emails.

about 2 weeks ago i ordered a free shipping phone from vickmall, because some friends had good experience with the site. checking out with paypal was succesfull and i didnt had to pay the shipping cost, even while i chose another than standard method.
Today the phone got deliverd by dhl and it was wrapped up verry nicely.
when i opened the package i saw they also delivered a bumper case and a tempered glass for free. And there was a eu adapter in the package
when i ordered the phone i also chose for the option to got a multilanguage rom installed, so i didnt need to struggle reflashing.
This all gone verry well, and i can use the phone in my own language.
