While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Multiple items purchased

I’ve purchased multiple items from the Victim Focus shop, and each order has arrived promptly. The quality of the materials and the resources available are excellent and have made a meaningful impact.

Customer service is non-existent

Customer service is non-existent. I wouldn't recommend buying any products/training from them. Bought unlimited access to all courses when this was on offer last year. I am now unable to log into the academy to access the courses or any resources.
I have lost count of all the emails I have sent, to request support and/or link to change account password and have received NO response.

The certificate from Victim Focus is not worth the paper it's written on

Their courses are expensive for what they offer and the certificate gained is not worth the paper it's written on.
If you want to work in this field then the best way is to invest in courses and qualifications with a legitimate body that has regulatory oversight and is recognised. With a proper course there are bursaries available and many finance options. The courses offered by Victim Focus are not worth the £4'500. Dr Jessica Taylor is effective at promoting herself on tiktok and instagram singing along to songs but there is little substance and her self selecting studies are inherently flawed.
