I am sure there are some real profiles but sooooo many profiles with first letter and surname you think the people creating them would be a little more random. Far too many fakes to make it worth while. Don’t spend your money

Why should I need to pay double the amount after 2 months paying for premium, when I could just make a new account and pay half the price? This does not encourage people to continue using the site and in other case make a new account and pay half price.

People are more of a younger age . My focus is woman of 50 to 67 years of age . The price is rather expensive .

This site is a scam. I have not seen a single genuine profile here. Every contact you make goes exactly the same way. You send a message to "someone" seconds or minutes later you see that same "Someone" is apparently viewing your profile. Seconds after that, you get an out of context reply, that is always the same give or take the odd word It goes like this: "Hey babe, sweety, handsome, etc., etc, ", "Want to chat? (alternatively "Are you here?" or similar. That's the response you get no matter what you write in your message... If it wasn't a rip off it would be funny.

BE WARNED! Possibly mostly fake profiles, for sure fake interactions. Examples?
- Just 2-3 minutes after registering, one is liked by a 'person' from the same town, even if the town is fully asleep.
- If a 'person' opens a conversation, it's usually limited to 1-2 responses, and that's it.
- If you don't visit the site for a few days, you get less likes and profile visits.
- When visiting the site and going through some profiles, the same profiles visit your profile & often 'like' you. What a coincidence!
- After a while, one also gets mails & likes from the sister site ELITEMEETSBEAUTY.COM.
- 4-5 days after creditcard payment is done, it's still not possible to turn off AUTO-RENEW functionality to prevent additional payment after 1 month's subscription expires...

When going through reviews, I saw TrustPilot already displayed a message that they have removed a number of what they suspect to be fake reviews.

Don't go therre! This is a scam! If you wanna spend your money well, go to a pub to meet people, or for erotic fun book an escort.

PS: I'm wondering if they'll reply to this review with the usual "Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us feedback! We are continuously working on improving our services"...

UPDATE 1 (13-08-2023): after <2 hours, Head of Operations of Vedal Media responds. Excerpt:
"Your feedback points to specific issues that we must investigate further. I'd love to connect with you directly to better understand the problems you've encountered and take necessary actions to resolve them." ... "Please contact our support team, and we'll work closely with you to address your concerns."

UPDATE 2 (14-08-2023): Submitted requested additional information...
And still no possibility to change my membership's AUTO RENEWAL settings, so I still have no clue whether I'll be charged again next month.

UPDATE 3 (15-08-2023): Received mail from Customer Service, asking me why I'd like to end my subscription... Replied that it's all in the mail I sent to Support earlier and I don't want to discuss / motivate any further.

UPDATE 4 (17-08-2023): Customer Service confirmed that AUTO-RENEWAL for my membership is turned off and I won't be charged additionally. Unfortunately, this can STILL not be seen in my Settings page, so have to wait until next billing should take place...
