This is a SCAM website based in Eastern Europe. This company is also known as Heda Art Agency, Mila Art Agency & Cora Art Agency etc. Please be aware!!

I was skeptical of Vida Art when I received their email, since the premise of a year contract without trying the service first seems extreme. However, I was curious to speak to their representative and find out more. However, I scheduled a zoom call and no one showed up from their side. Later I received an email claiming I had missed the call. For a company specializing in organization, it's very unprofessional and disappointing since the service in principal is interesting.

They only take your money and send out carelessly written e-mails to random institutions, the same e-mail to every institution, often with the wrong name of the institution because they didn’t care to change the name from the institution they previously sent the mail to. Then they make pretend phone calls to random institutions, they have no network whatsoever and never acquired any concerts for an artist. I know for a fact that they proposed conductors to ensembles who play without conductor, they send the same mail 3 times and call it “contact all selected institutions multiple times via email and phone, targeting key decision-makers”. All good reviews in here are made by them and their friends. Be careful and read the bad reviews: all say the exact same thing. It’s a scam!

Anyone who subscribes to Vida Arts Management must know that you have to pay money in advance through a subscription. Although the "company" is based in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, it only responds in English. Any criticism is met with a standard reply in English. The "company" can never be reached by telephone. Agreed video conferences turn out to be fake. Highly suspicious!!!

Working with Vida Art Management has been such a joy! From day one, their team showed just how much they care about the arts and how dedicated they are to making everything perfect. They organized my exhibitions and events with so much attention to detail that they exceeded all my expectations. Their support has helped me achieve so many dreams and connect with a wider audience. I really appreciate all their hard work, and I’m so excited to see what we’ll achieve together next!

It’s a soft scam. You pay with a contract to get a “service”, so until there, no harm done. But they don’t actually get you concerts. And then they say they’ll lawyer up if you don’t pay, typical scam talk to scare you off. To all the hopeful young musicians and parents of musicians out there: a real agency finds concerts first, and then keeps a comission from the concerts they organize for you. I remember Vida Art had the address for the Zurich Tonhalle during construction a few years ago, I mean, COME ONNNN 😂 They contacted me years ago for my quartet and again today just for me. They’re lasting long, I’ll give them that!

The Vida art Management did the worst job for my pianist son. The personal assistent sent wrong video( of ballet dancers) material out for 9 month and they did not send the right and updated cv.Every time he complaint, they did not do anything to improve and they want full fee for the bad service. They only offered social media services to compensat for the poor work. He refused.
My son wrote in 2023 April that he wanted to stop the cooperation, but they will not let him go and they are treating him with a lawyer because they want money also after January 2024. The contract ended in August 2023.
They wrote to him that he must pay because they know he can not afford a lawyer.
I think this is evil behavior.
They behaved very bad and I want to warn all musicians about this agency!
Do not sign any contract with this amateur agency!

Knowing what an obvious scam looks like I asked, "Where did you come across my music". I received no answer. That was Thursday 10-26. Today I got the same email as Thursday.

Vida Art Management's personal assistance services have been an absolute game-changer for my career as a pianist and composer. Their unwavering support, strategic guidance, and attention to detail have not only elevated my professional profile but have also allowed me to focus more on my music.

I am very satisfied with the personal assistant I have been assigned to and the whole Vida Art Agency Team. They are great if you want to be promoted in social media, they can contact different festivals and organize concerts for you. At the moment, they are negotiating with one publishing company, instead of me. We are almost there to have some of my Music sheets published which I am very happy about. I didn't have to do anything, just to agree or disagree with some of the publisher's options, which saved me a lot of time.

I had a contract with Vida Art Management as my personal assistant, but unfortunately, my experience was very poor. The communication was not smooth and there were several careless mistakes made. I don't feel as an artist that I was well taken care of by this company, and I cannot recommend it.

The communication was a major issue for me. I often had trouble getting in touch with my designated contact, and when I finally did, the answers I received were often unhelpful or unclear. This made it difficult for me to get the support I needed, and I felt like I was constantly having to chase after information.

Additionally, the mistakes made by Vida Art Management were frustrating. On several occasions, important tasks were overlooked or done incorrectly, which had a negative impact on my work. These errors were not just small mistakes either, but rather major oversights that cost me time and money to fix.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Vida Art Management. As an artist, I need a personal assistant who is reliable, communicative, and competent. Unfortunately, Vida Art Management did not meet these basic requirements, and I do not feel well taken care of by them. I would not recommend this company to any other artists or creatives.

I have been with Vida Art since November last year, I have a medium package and I am very satisfied with the benefits it provides. My personal assistant is available to me via video call now, they are all serious people, musically high educated. I had the opportunity to redesign my website, I am very satisfied. I have no doubts regardless of some comments, everyone has the right to talk and write today, you have to try something first to comment. I cooperate with them and let them organize everything and apply on my behalf. They have communication managers who speak several world languages, me as a Greek woman, would hardly be able to translate my emails, materials, biographies all the time and professionally. Good work people, thank you all.

Thanks to Vida Art for helping me save time by doing my organization work for me, I.e. booking of any places to stay at while on tour and flights management as well. Had no stress so far in communicating with my personal assistant, in regards to whatever issues came up on the above mentioned things. My questions and needs get answered with little to no delay normally and having much more personal time became the biggest plus ever since we started cooperating. Best Regards, Alexander

First of all, I would like to thank the Vida Art team for their great help and advice regarding my design. I know it helped a lot in my career. I also want to say that in every sense I could count on the help of my assistant. I saved a lot of time that I invested in other things. Today, after a year I know that we made progress. I have a new contacts, I expect more performances and I know that Vida will follow them and advertise on their social networks, as always.

This is a scam. These people cannot fing you gigs. "Management" is a lie. They will do some mass e-mailing on your behalf at most to publically available e-mail addresses and call this "management"
