Beautiful products! I have ordered several products from this family run business and love every item. We have personalised luggage tags, passport holders, wash bags and I have recently bought my Son a wallet with his initials which he loves! Thank you Vida Vida, wonderful products, beautifully presented and exceptional quality!

Absolutely love this company and their products. I’ve purchased a number of items from them over the years and they’ve all been fantastic quality and the personalisation has been beautifully done. Would highly recommend.

Matt & Andreya, what a great messenger bag, received yesterday with thanks, this has been purchased for our next adventure driving around Australia this winter. We are impressed with the quality of the bag, the speedy turnaround on ordering to delivery, even at Christmas. To see that you are also associated with UWS in giving back is special. Spend a decent amount on a Christmas present/product, but it had serious obvious blemish.

Emailed directly rather than put out a negative review ( to give them a chance to resolve )

Paid over £100 on the 2nd July and still waiting for my daughter's graduation gift

Avoid the company. I ordered a bag which is useless. The smell of an item can make people to vomit. It means that the leather has been treated with cheap chemicals. The leather should smell nice but this is like I would carry a few months old poo in the bag. How somebody could even think about sending this to the customer.

Received replacement item for faulty item after 2 weeks. Quality of product very good. Shame had issue with first item but resolved and replaced. Thank you

Placed an order for a laptop bag. The measurements on the website indicated my laptop would fit, the images showed a satchel of lovely, weathered leather with smart, shiny buckles and the reviews on the website was good, so I was excited to receive my item.

From the moment of opening the packaging my nose was assailed by a strong, unpleasant odour that could only be described as 'farmyard'. The leather was bright orange, the buckles were rusty, the strap had unfinished edges and my laptop didn't fit the compartment. Disappointed, I made the decision to return the item.

It was then that I realised the website had no readily available returns information. The only advice it has is 'contact us to arrange a return'. I contacted them. I have heard nothing. Not even so much as an automated 'we have received your email and will get back to you as soon as we can' response. Nothing.

I have raised a case with PayPal, as I am currently stuck with an odorous, poor quality product that is no use to me--while Vida Vida have my money. Maybe I am spoiled, but I am used to online shopping being much more straightforward than this, and resent having to chase up how to make a return, never mind the fact that it appears increasingly unlikely I will ever receive my money back.

Don't be like me: avoid this company at all costs.

Really annoyed at myself that I didn't read these reviews before purchasing. I spent £40 on a product which arrived dirty, scratched and frayed around the edges. Absolutely shocking customer service and a rude email response to say that a 30% refund had been applied. Do not order from them.

The bag arrived quickly, but it's not great quality. The bag was covered in dust, grime, and what appears to be white mould?

We tried to contact Vida Vida, but our emails went ignored. As did our comments on their Facebook page.

Ordered something in particular as it was made of metal. However what arrived was not what was advertised. It was made of wood. For £50 i felt misled and robbed of my hard earned money. I emailed customer service about this issue and was simply told, if you aren't happy, send it back. Scum company. Avoid.
