I purchased an oven because it is not available in my home country (Belgium).
After sending an email asking if they could deliver this appliance to Belgium, I quickly received a reply saying that this was no problem.
After placing the order, I quickly received a response with the delivery time.
This timeframe was met without any problems.
The only downside was that the manual was only in Italian, but I quickly found it on the internet.

I was a bit sceptical as to how legit the site was as I had gotten a price for the very same locally and it was lieterally double the price. I've made my first purchase from Vieffetrade, the process from start to end is very cool, professional. I've purchased a TV, I am based in Poland. I was afraid that with such item it might come damaged, so I ordered extra package (because they offer this option for a small price) which was a very good idea. They are sending you photos and a dedicated link where you can see your item ordered and how is leaving the store. My TV arrived rather quickly however delivery company took much longer to deliver after the item arrived in Poland, usually is 2nd day delivery after reaching the country, they took 4 days to deliver it which is a bit upsetting. I would rate the delivery company 4 stars here because of this. All in all, well done Vieffetrade, very happy that you care about your customers, the reviews on trustpilot and google show your dedication is very high! You just won another customer :)

Highly recommended store
I ordered kitchen sink from Vieffetrade. At first I was a bit hesitant about shipping such a big item internationally but their prices and reviews on trustpilot convinced me to buy from them.

Delivery does not include bringing goods inside
When the fridge was delivered, the guy informed me that the shipping does not include delivery inside the apartment. This was not clarified on Vieffetrade´s website. I had to pay Euros 50 to some workers to bring in the fridge to the apartment on 5th floor. This was in addition to the Euros 70 Vieffetrade charged for delivery. I posted this in Trust Pilot, the company got in touch with me and refunded me the extra Euros 50 I had paid for delivery.

UPDATE, After posting orriginal review, a really lovely customer service lady rang me in English and we worked out how i need to proceed to get a technician to review the issue, she proceeded to send me the necessary information and i will now take steps to hopefully get oven sorted in near future.

We needed a new range cooker and found vieffetrade on line. The customer service was superb. Delivery to France all to plan, commutations in English and very prompt. The user manual supplied was in Italian emailed a request for one in English, it was in my inbox the following morning. Highly recommend.
