I recently had my boiler fixed by Irfaan, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From start to finish, the experience was smooth and hassle-free. compact and well designed, but a little noisier than my old boiler, not really an issue as it is in an airing cupboard. it was fitted in about 4 hours including removal of old boiler and commissioning of new one.

i had a viessmann boiler installed around 4 years ago because my old boiler was old and had started making a noise, since installation its never worked properly its under a 10 year guarantee BUT!!! when you call out the engineer first thing out of his mouth is you will have debris in your system and this is causing the faults and thats not covered under your warranty!!!! so 150 pounds call out fee + the parts and labour! iv had my boiler serviced every year and the loclal plumber has always checked and cleaned the filter and confirmed that the Viessmann engineer is talking absolute rubbish i constantly get a f2 fault never get hot water...takes ages to heat up..and its never been fixed in 4 years. due to the engineer blaming debris iv had to get my own plumber to sort it out as ill end up with a hefty bill from Viessmann....The warranty is not worth the paper it is written on!!! ill never use this boiler again!!!!

James at Viessmann is exceptional. I had a couple of technicians come out and I wanted to understand why my bills were so high, James came out and really took time to investigate, he identified the pressure leak, he adjusted the system and my bill this month is a third of the previous 4 months bills, wow what a difference. Please don’t let James leave the company as he is so good and needs to be kept!

We have some old radiators and, despite regular flushing, the heat exchanger plate needed to be replaced. We booked a call out, prepaid, and asked that the plate be replaced. The engineer rinsed the plate and said it’s fine. That wasn’t fine, and several weeks later, we booked a fixed price repair for the plate to be replaced. A new plate + the call out would have costed ~£100 less, however they would only book a fixed price repair, although they knew very well what the issue was. The 2nd engineer replaced the plate and left us with the boiler leaking, advising us to keep replacing the tissues underneath and that it is normal and it should stop. The boiler kept dripping over the day and eventually stopped. Currently, the leak has started again and we called Veissmann early in the morning to report. We were told someone will call back to book a return appointment, however no one called. Our boiler never leaked before and it can only be related to the last engineer’s visit. We paid one call out and one fixed price repair just to replace a heat exchanger plate and, on top of that, ended up with another issue. What’s more disappointing is the response from Veissmann and the fact that they do not call back to fix an issue they created.

We've had a viessmann boiler for almost 20 years. Had no problems but wanted to upgrade. Chose another viessmann as we are used to good efficiency, reliability and cost. Would recommend to anyone who needs to renew their boiler.

Good boiler replaced an earlier one that had failed after 12 years

Warranty replacement for a faulty diverter valve for a Vitoden boiler. The appointment was arranged quickly by Viessmann and the engineer, Matt, was very knowledgable and professional, and carried out the repair quickly. There was a non-boiler fault with the system that Matt spoke to my normal gas engineer about to provide a wider fix, which was above and beyond in terms of service. Thank you.

Great boiler quiet and efficient

MPW did an excellent job for us fitting our new boiler. Matt and Danny did a site visit first to ensure we chose the best place for the boiler. Over the two days it took to install it, Dave, James, Alfie and Josh all worked really hard to get it done in time. They were professional and friendly and responded well to any queries we had. Great job, thank you!
