Shocking company. Fine selling you a product but do not want to know if you have faulty products. We have clear emails outlining agreed warranty terms, which these guys do not want to honour. In 30 plus years of business I have never witnessed a company blatantly lie and have no respect for their own promises. I would recommend any distributor interested in monitors to stay away!
