​I understand why it feels like 'nonsense excuses' when you are waiting for an item you’ve paid for. The delay in your specific order was caused by a technical defect we identified in the back-part construction of the table during the final quality check. I made the decision to hold the dispatch rather than send you a faulty product that wouldn't last.
​We have now rectified these production issues. I have personally supervised the schedule, and your order is confirmed for dispatch by March 10th.
​I realize my words only matter once the table is at your door. I am committed to proving that we are not what the negative reviews suggest, but a business working hard to overcome recent technical and operational hurdles.

Siddesh, I am Vikram Saini. I am replying to this personally because I recognize the severity of your complaint and the 6-month delay since September.
​I will not give you 'silly reasons.' The truth is that our facility in Jaipur faced a severe backlog and technical rework requirements on the dining table back-supports that halted our dispatch cycle. As a small setup, these production hurdles hit us hard, and I realize my communication has not been good enough during this time.
​Regarding your mention of a complaint: I am not running a scam, I am running a factory that is struggling to catch up. I have your order VSO 1277 in front of me. To prove this is not a 'fake' reply: Your unit is physically ready and is scheduled for the March 10th dispatch truck.
​I am not asking for your trust—I know I have lost that. I am asking only for these few days to get the product to you. I will personally send the Lorry Receipt (LR) and tracking scan to your registered number the moment it loads. I am committed to clearing this debt to you

​As we discussed yesterday when I showed you the order currently in the finishing stage: Your set is physically in the final polish and assembly phase. I am not offering more 'updates'—I am offering the result. I have committed to a March 10th dispatch, and I am personally overseeing the packing of Dr. Sengupta’s order to ensure it meets the quality we promised. I realize my professionalism is on the line here, and I appreciate you giving me this final window to prove the work is real.

Your order was a genuine production piece that unfortunately faced significant delays during the walnut polishing process. Regarding the refund: While we are navigating a temporary financial restructuring phase with a final settlement scheduled for April 2026, we are taking immediate action to show our sincere intentions. We will be initiating a partial refund to your account this coming Monday.

We sincerely apologize for this long delay. We want to be completely honest with you: in June 2025, our manufacturing unit faced a severe financial and labor crisis that forced us to temporarily halt operations. This caused a backlog that we are still working through today.

We want to assure you that Vikinterio is a real manufacturing unit in Jaipur, and your funds were invested into the production of our goods. We are currently in a recovery phase and are working tirelessly to resolve all pending orders from that difficult period.

We are not frauds; we are a small business that hit a major roadblock and is now fighting to make things right. Please contact us directly so we can provide you with a specific update on your production status or a scheduled settlement plan. We value your patience more than we can say.

We acknowledge your feedback and would like to provide the necessary context regarding your multi-part order from January 2025.

Your order involved an Eight-Seater Dining Set with highly customized chairs, two coffee tables, four side tables, and specific Black Italian marble slabs. Because these items were custom-made to your specifications, we invested the advance directly into the specialized raw materials and labor required for your unique design.

While we regret the two-week production delay, the goods were prepared according to your request. As per industry standards for customized furniture, once production is complete and materials are cut, cancellation becomes a significant challenge for a manufacturing unit. We are currently holding this custom stock in our warehouse.

We are aware of the legal notices and are cooperating with all formal inquiries to show that Vikinterio is a real, operational factory. Due to current financial constraints, we are unable to process an immediate lump-sum refund; however, we are committed to a structured settlement in installments starting from September 2026.

We have never intended to defraud any customer; we are simply navigating severe cash-flow challenges while holding custom inventory. We remain open to a professional dialogue to resolve this settlement
