the location is fantastic ,the views are breathtaking ,the villa was spotlessly clean ,and we will be back.

We booked Villa mika for a week from 30 September.our first impression was very disappointing my aunt who was with us has mobility problems paid 90 euros for a scooter and used it once because the roads and pavements were terrible this Villa is unsuitable for elderly or people who need walking aids.once inside the Villa it was really old probly last upgraded in the 80s shower heads were broken no walk in showers the list goes on and on the pool has no rail to get in the beds were rock hard air con was broken worse Villa we have ever stayed in if you are thinking of booking here please don’t rails on stairs are an accident waiting to happen.dogs barking night and day from the neighbours beautiful country lovely weather nice people but the big pink house which is Villa mika or known locally as Villa Miguel was the worse place I have stayed..shame on you Villa select..

Need a car hire firm at the airport - not a bus ride away.Villa was sparse with no homily feel. Only baths, no walk-in showers - definitely needs grab rails for mature people. No information pack in villa for local area/map - not everyone has a Smartphone. Nothing to do in villa - no games, just watch tv- no radio. Beds were rock hard - all 3 of us had a disturbed sleep all week.Can only give villa 1 star because of the pool.

Villa Select were great from my initial enquiry to the information that was sent prior to departure. Everything was as it said it would be and the quality of the villa was outstanding

Unfortunately I had to cancel my holiday because I got alzymers disease informed Jamie axillary select who informed me that I would receive my deposit back less my air fare

I'd like to thank Jaime for organising a perfect villa holiday for us and getting us a really good price. She was very responsive to my emails and all the options were fully explained. Nothing was too much trouble even when I changed my mind about some of the options.

Had a great holiday and would use Villa Select again. Had an issue on arrival with the electrics (our fault) and the rep was super helpful and sorted it. The owners dropped by the make sure everything was okay which was nice. Loved the villa which was spotless and comfortable. It was also good location for us. Very quiet and private but not isolated. 5min drive from the beach. Would stay here again

Firstly the villa..Unfortunately not a good experience.
Half way through holiday the owner next door decided to RIP out their bathroom with no warning. Dreadful noise. After lots of stress got it stop due to getting our English travel agents involved as owner didnt want to stop.
Ironically, one of our showers caused flooding nearly everyday.
Only used pool 3 times due to birds 💩 all over steps. And them and cats drinking and washing in the pool.
Villa not up to standard maintaince wise after paying £9000 for 2 weeks.
Bitterly disappointed couldn't wait to get home.
Secondly, company..
Lots of problems which I texted rep about, never received a reply to one. Turns out rep didnt know how to tell if text was received we were then blamed as we couldn't used WhatsApp, bert unfair.
Complained to select day we got home, spent an hour talking to complaints dept who wasnt remotely interested. Just wanted it in writing.
Just received a reply, obviously they didnt read it properly as littered with mistakes.
Photos etc offered as proof, never taken up on it. Thoroughly disgusted. Company was out and out rude.
From 1st day holiday was a nightmare wanted to come home early but told cough up £500 for new flights or stay.
***In response to the company's comment regarding roaming fees, I explained to the representative my contract covered EU roaming and was told it was expensive to the company to use text messages etc. The lack of texts received by myself we thought the company was not replying due to this. The representative unfortunately did not know how to tell if their messages had been received on their mobile. Why this happened I will never know, but what I do know is I still had messages from the same contact number from 2 yrs ago

Service received from the first email enquiry to arriving back home has been absolutely brilliant. Jaime helped us every step of the way and went over and beyond in assisting us to make our holiday experience so enjoyable. The service Jaime and team at Villa Select provide really made our holiday booking totally stress free, so BIG thank you.

The Villa was not as described in the brochure, it states it was in a quiet location down a ‘Private’ driveway with a state of the art kitchen & TV with international channels. None of this was true. The Villa was poorly maintained & the pool wasn’t clean.

Donna, super helpful, informative and very quick to respond to requests for information. She must be ok - she even laughs at my jokes........

Donna is amazing when you at your lowest ebb, along she comes and puts everything right

Our second booking with Villa Select did not disappoint! Villa Anna in Skala, Kefalonia is beautiful. Debbie visited us at the beginning of our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We have just booked our third holiday with Villa Select for this September, Algarve this time! We are looking forward to it.

I cannot compliment this company enough for my recent holiday to Croatia. We took a family holiday, staying at Villa Skalinada, and found the whole process so stress-free. This was my first time using Villa Select and found that both Camilla and Donna were too willing to ensure that the holiday was tailored perfectly to match the needs of our family.

The holiday itself was fantastic. The villa was clean, situated perfectly near the beach and the hosts were very friendly!

Rented a Villa in Pollensa, Majorca with Villa Select in September 21. We have used VS previously and once again they were fine. What is worth commenting on was their representative Lorraine. We have rented villas for many years and in my view Lorraine is definitely one of the best reps we have dealt with. Always available, turning up late on Saturday to sort out the WiFi and generally making us feel nothing was too much trouble. Big thanks to her.

Given the current situation I am surprised there aren't more reviews on here regarding changing of holidays etc. I have been really impressed with the way that Villa Select have dealt with my booking this year, they extended our balance by 3 weeks to give us time to look at our options and then due to our disinclination to travel due to the current amber status of Mallorca have moved our booking along with flights to next year (different destination) this incurred no admin fees just a small additional payment as the new villa is more expensive. Compared to the villa provider I used last year I have been very impressed with the level of customer service Villa Select replied to emails within 24 hours answering all my questions regarding travel - it is an incredibly difficult time for anyone in the tourist industry so all credit to Villa Select for their flexibility and customer service support - thank you

Avoid Avoid Avoid using this company

This company has no interest in you and will leave you out of pocket. They will expect you to still travel to a destination against FCO advice. Having paid original deposit last year and final amount this August . they refuse to repay a cash refund and are crafty how they phone you up shortly before you go , wording it that you want to cancel when FCO advice is not to travel. Our flights got cancelled and this company wanted me to go and get flights with another company.
Having used this company in the past I shall never use them again.

Currently waiting for Villa Select customer service to help with holiday booked to Portugal, now waited for over 2 weeks can't get responses or decisions.
Leaves me losing my deposit paid back in January
So not there when you really need their help.
