THIS PLACE IS A HEALTH HAZARD!
This place is a health hazard and a complete nightmare! I've lived in these apartments for 4 years, and it has been nothing but a constant stream of excuses, temporary fixes, and total neglect. The final straw? My apartment FLOODED WITH SEWAGE THIS WEEKEND. Not once but TWICE!! And guess what the management did? Had the line cleared and walked away. No investigation, no long-term solution, no apology. Just sewage. In my home. Again and again!
This isn't a one-time issue, this has been a reoccurring problem they've been slapping bandaids on for 4 years. It's disgusting, unsafe, and completely unacceptable. Every time something breaks, they patch it with the cheapest fix possible, just enough to get by until it breaks again. It's a cycle of neglect! Every time this happens to my apartment, management acts like it's no big deal. Like, I'm just supposed to mop up literal biohazard and move on.
I've been more than patient over the years. But this place DOES NOT care about its residents, and I'M DONE! If you're thinking about living here-RUN!! Save yourself the stress, the sickness, and the trauma of having to literally wade through the incompetence of this complex.
