Disappointed with the valuation.
Disappointed with the nominal valuation and therefore the donation to my charity. I knew most items were of moderate value but amongst other things an, admittedly small, diamond pendant was included. When I queried the overall valuation I was told the gold was scrap value only (which I expected) and that most stones in 9ct gold were non precious. I know that was not the case here but I was not provided with such information about how they treated such items of jewellery when I rang before sending the box to specifically ask about this pendant. I understand a value can only be given when seen but the way items get valued should be highlighted. I feel frustrated about including this and at their customer service response. I would not personally use them again.
