We never received the watch
It’s been 2 months now they keep telling us they sent but when we checked the tracking number it’s never leave Serbia.
We want a refund , they stop answering the calls

I had an overall good experience buying from the Vintage Watch Studio, Communication was good, timely and polite. The watch was exactly as described, and as in the pictures. Runs well with no issues. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars was an error with the tracking number. Would buy from them again.

Buying process was easy and support was exceptional, exchanging various WhatsApp messages to refine down on watch choices which was for a 50th birthday present. I ordered two Seiko watches for my partner from Vintage Watch Studio, and they are absolutely beautiful — exactly as shown on the website. Shortly after placing my order, the website went through a revamp, which meant my tracking number wasn’t issued. I reached out using the number on the invoice, and despite it being around 6pm Friday in London (with Serbia being two hours ahead), I still received prompt replies. They sent me the postage receipts the same day and reassured me that the package was on its way.

The watches arrived today, and everything was smooth in the end. I really appreciate how quickly and professionally they resolved the issue. Definitely looking forward to doing more business with the team in the future.

Bought an Omega watch (apparently dated 1955) for €252, for shipping to Madrid, Spain. It was sent in a small letter envelope, without any case, just wrapped in bubble wrap. I was pretty shocked to see this! Person communicating to my via email (Snezana Milic) when I couldn´t track the delivery was rude and not very helpful. I also had to pay €9.35 in taxes. The watch looks nice, a bit smaller that I had anticipated. Obviously, I am relying on the company that this is a genuine vintage Omega piece. The way they have shipped it makes me question how and from where they´re picking up these pieces. Time will tell !!

I recently purchased a watch that unfortunately arrived with a deep scratch on the glass, necessitating a replacement. After discussing this issue with the seller, we agreed that I would be reimbursed for the repair costs. I entrusted the watch to a professional service for its restoration.

Upon completion, I requested a comprehensive assessment of the watch's condition, and I received a detailed report indicating various flaws, notably stating that the watch had not been serviced. Despite initially responding to my inquiries, the seller ceased communication after I proposed several options to resolve the matter.

As a result, I have incurred additional expenses beyond the original purchase price, and I will need to invest more resources to have the watch fully serviced. This experience has been very disappointing, and I do not wish to engage in further business with this seller.

So this seems to be a small collector shop in Serbia. Nice people and fast responses. A vintage Omega caught my eye, I thought the condition shown was almost too good to be true, but the watch is actually original as pictured and running accurately so far. I really want to emphasize the condition was immaculate for a vintage Omega.

They also saved me on import fees into my country. I was really happy and surprised about that and it shows a lot of care. It’s a rare thing that I always commend shippers for.

The watch is in a great condition, with nice new strap. I will buy again here for sure, the offer of watches is really great.

It took a lot of time for the package to be delivered and I still do not know if our email exchange was successful. However I received my watch as advertised and at a good price so I have no complaints in the end. These Serbs are even kind enough to save you some import taxes, so really they did me a solid.
