Great transaction, good comms, swift despatch and delivery, very well packaged with the vinyl and cover in excellent condition when played as described...and at a great price would highly recommend and I will defo buy from Vinyl tap again!

I ordered an album from Vinyl Tap, which they had to order from supplier, '3-5 days' to get it. After 11 days i asked what was happening and they said their supplier was a bit slow after the Xmas period, but when it didn't arrive after 17 days I chased it again to be told it was still out of stock and offered a refund. All this is fine, but as of now they have got the item for sale for £10 more on both Discogs and Ebay! So maybe the item is in stock but they wanted more money. Pity because I've always found them reliable and trustworthy in the past, but won't use again, this is not how to run a business and keep customers.

All items as described and arrived in excellent condition. Reasonable postage cost. Packaging was very secure, with smart approach to securing 12”, 7” and CD items within the one package.
