I won't be buying anything else from…
I won't be buying anything else from them. Although customer service is good and they respond quickly when asked about order delays, the process is very slow. Purchase: 30 July; arrival in Spain: 12 October. In addition to the (normal) shipping costs, there was an additional payment required by Customs that was not mentioned anywhere.

Hi there.
I think you mean the item arrived on August 12th, not October. This means it arrived within a 2 week window, which is fairly reasonable for an item that we needed to order in from our supplier and then dispatch to Spain.
Unfortunately, since Brexit, customs charges can now be charged on items from the UK, depending on their value etc. We do not have an IOSS system set up on our own website, and we do not claim to have one, so unfortunately this is just one of those things that is out of our control. In order to have tax paid upfront and have the parcel sent with an IOSS number to help avoid customs charges, we would recommend ordering via our eBay or Discogs sites where this system is set up by the marketplaces themselves.

Although I've been aware of Vinyl Tap…
Although I've been aware of Vinyl Tap for a long time now I've never managed to get over to Huddersfield to pay them a visit. Luckily, some months ago during a random search for a record I realised they sold online through their website and have been a regular visitor ever since picking up some great music (old and new) on both vinyl and CD. They have a great variety of genres, which is great as my music collection is very eclectic, at very reasonable prices. I recommend every one to check them out particularly their new vinyl for £10 or less and their second hand stuff.
