Within a week she is super bouncy and enthusiastic.
Loves the food and is a really fussy eater. Clears her plate and yaps for more.

In 2010 I had my pet microchipped with virbac. I received a registration document with the number and website address.
My pet has been lost and I need to report this however in the intervening years virbac have changed. The web address on the certificate if no longer valid. Then they have changed the database so now my login details do not work. The request a petlog Id form fails to send me a petlog id in spite of using the details from the certificate.
The phone numbers only leads first to a recorded message telling me to ring a different number. The next number has a recorded message telling me to use the website, which doesn't work. I am still no closer to being able to report my pet missing.
