Since Tuesday the 19th of May 26 in Rustington West Sussex, no broadband at all and still today the 27th of May 26, nothing has been resolved, they said it's an outage in my area. They promised a visit at home twice but nobody showed up despite the several texted specifying that somebody over 18 must be at home. It's a disgrace, we can't work from home and even attend our online face to face courses. Considering a reputable company like VM, it's unacceptable.
