Course content appears accurate but disappointed that for a Level2 course they are few check questions between sections to consolidate knowledge.

i booked 4 fire marshal and fire safety…
i booked 4 fire marshal and fire safety training packages
i received one fire marshal training only ... i need four as they are for different sites hence me purchases 4 packages
not good value for money this way
after talking to Virtual College about the issue the problem was solved very quickly and all courses were accessible. Their assistant was very helpful and polite, and the issue was solved

Really poor experience
Really poor experience. Unable to log on or set a password. Apparently due to a firewall issue. Then unable to access a link to the course. When the page finally opened I was still unable to do the course because of pop ups that kept appearing advertising all their other courses. AVOID if you can!!

Great training with good selection of courses although would like to see some courses on quality, eg, internal audits. would like to be able to book group training where more one session on same topic is requires. And the option to phone and speak to someone from the company for a query.
