Virtue Info Pvt Ltd is just another…

Virtue Info Pvt Ltd is just another unremarkable developer washing machine with empty promises.

I've predominantly dealt with Kiran Vadaria (kiranvadaria @ gmail) and one of Virtue Info's (former?) developers, Montu (montukhant @ gmail).
I paid Virtue Info two invoices in full for a well-defined app they claimed was well within their expertise, especially since they claim to be experts in Laravel and other PHP frameworks.
They repeatedly claimed my application would be finished in "6-8 weeks," yet after over 15 months of unexplained delays, I'm writing this review to tell the world to avoid scamming Indian developer shops who only care about easy projects. It's a miracle I haven't sent them any more $$.
My application is too complicated? No, actually--to make up for Kiran's non-existent project management, I set up a Trello board myself for Kiran and whoever else to use as a place for centralized resources and tracking of the tasks/needs which I laid out. Completion of those listed and detailed tasks, which were exceptionally well-defined and documented, would have resulted in more than the project's completion.
Spectacularly, nothing happened, except for me realizing I shouldn't have to do extra work for developers that can't put their pants on in the morning.
I wish I could list all the excuses I've been given in one place: Mother unexpectedly in the hospital, brother in law unexpectedly in the hospital, driving, random festivals / long weekends (including Holi *twice*), etc.

I've decided I'll build the first version of my app myself with a modern PHP workflow. At least a little bit of this energy I have is out of spite for the extra 'nice' developer(s) at Virtue Info who claim to be legit, yet offer no real expertise. Well, watch and learn, fools. V1.0 will launch next month, and I won't need any help from you lot.

Also affiliated and implicated in this review:
Amphee Pvt Ltd, amphee.com, and associated personnel and entities (recipient of one of the payments),
Web 3.0 India, web30india.com, and associated personnel and entities (another recent venture Kiran is affiliated with),
and Virtual Height. (virtualheight.com)
I have proof for all my claims with documented timeline.
