Best online learning college so far.
Loved the fact that it's online, which means no going to a classroom with other people which I hate. Second the tutor and support were amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better tutor.
And the units were all laid out in one place rather then doing multiple pages different times.
I will be looking at other courses in the future.
My tutor was Mary VanBeek. And my support lady was Eira. Both great support.

Plenty of support given from online…
Plenty of support given from online tutor and telephone supporting team. All the planning for the course is well organised. The course is given me better insight of the job I was doing. As I have not touched learning for quite a long time, this course boost my confidence in writing and learning ability. The course didn't cost any penny of mine except my own effort and determination to complete it.

My experience
My tutor (Niaill Whitmore) made the experience great for me as his Feedbacks were always encouraging and pushing me for improvement.
I like the fact that the company would always do a check up calls or emails on their students to keep them up to date with their course plans. Atimes, life gets in the way, and this may make one slow in meeting up with course work but those calls that the company puts across, makes you to wake up and attend to your studies . For me, it was like a wakeup call [ that positive anxiety sets in and motivates me.

Excellent Course
This is the first time I have completed a course online and found it really beneficial. The tutor I had marked my work in a timely manner and gave me very positive feedback and also sent links for other resources. I found the system easy to use and the guidance provided was excellent. The only problem I had was when the system went down which was frustrating but an extension was provided.
I am hopefully going to book onto another course as I thoroughly enjoyed it and felt that it will only enhance my role. I will be utilising the skills and knowledge going forward in my practice.

Have tried to enrol on a free course, from a variety of subjects as am unemployed, but every one says "funding not available in my area" Absolutely ridiculous and the whole thing just misleading, complete sham like so many things these days!!!

Hi Sue, I believe we have already spoken on Facebook a couple of hours ago and we sent you over the full explanation of why this may be the case (we have again pasted this below for you if you missed it) we have shared this reason in replies on Trustpilot previously and on our social media pages, Sorry you feel this way but maybe we suggest contacting your local LEA about the distribution of funding for adult education.
In relation to all our non skills bootcamp courses, on 1 August 2019, the adult education budget (AEB) was apportioned between the ESFA and initially 6 mayoral combined authorities (MCA’s) and the Greater London Authority (GLA). A further 3 mayoral combined authorities were due to be apportioned as per below.
The following devolved areas became responsible for administering the AEB from 1 August 2019
• Cambridgeshire and Peterborough
• Greater Manchester
• Greater London
• Liverpool City Region
• Tees Valley
• West of England
• West Midlands
• North of Tyne
• Sheffield City Region
• West Yorkshire
Providers who wish to deliver to learners residing in areas where the AEB funding support is devolved need to arrange directly with the relevant authority. Where we are unable to currently deliver courses based on a learner postcode, this means we either have not been able to secure funding with the relevant authority or we have utilised all funds available at this time.

Cyber-Security Course
Have just completed a Level 3 Cyber-Security course. Yes, some things made this course to be recommended. The 'Extend and Stretch' sessions were very good, delivered by someone who knew how to mentor properly. There was a piece of software, called tryhackme, which taught students in cyber-security. Was great fun, learnt a lot with this software. Sadly, there were some minuses. The first 3 weeks were lost since the main tutor was admitted to hospital with an operation. Additionally, during early April, the main website went down for 2 weeks.
If I could make a huge recommendation for this course, it would be to drop the Bud exercises completely. They were simply repeating what we learnt on the vision2learn course anyway. Instead, drop the Bud part of the course, and promote the Extend and Stretch. This course was well worth taking, Marek

Still no certificate 8 months after completing course. The course was ok but it’s totally pointless without a certificate of completion to show employers. No replies to numerous messages via website. A simple e-certificate would do. Will be looking to report to relevant authorities.

SERVER DOWN 10 DAYS
I have enrolled on the course, however I kept getting e mails to complete the "Induction". I haven't been able to get onto the website as it keeps saying server down! This has been 10 days now! I phoned once, the lady on the phone said the server is down and would be sorted within a day. It STILL hasn't. I can't even speak to my course tutor. No explanation, nothing. Very strange.

I have requested your details (phone number and Email) and if you could let me know the day you called as I will look into this as no time line has been given to say when the site will be back up (we simply and unfortunately do not know at this point)

1 week + website failure
I am enrolled on a course with Vision2Learn and all was well until Easter weekend when I could not access the website. It is now over 1 week since the website failure and no reason has been given. There are posts on social media saying it is their priority to fix and not to contact them about it, but when people are worried about their course, have taken days off to complete work and also have concerned about the security of their data, these dismissive posts are not really good enough. I would expect to be advised what has happened and why and when it is likely to be resolved, as with any other company where website access is compromised. It seems inappropriate to be angry at people asking questions of them. Disappointing.

We have updated our social media every day to keep our learners in the loop, we asked on 1 day if people could see our posts on social media to not call or email about it to try and free up our learner support team as you can imagine were being inundated by calls, quite rightly, for those that don't have social media.
There was no anger or malice intended, purely to update and reassure our learners.
You may have noticed over the past couple of hours the website is beginning to come back on and we are awaiting the server to boot back up. Once we know what caused the problem we will inform everyone.

Server down more than a week
This is my second time to enrol a course with Vision2learn. Everything was fine & ran smoothly until a week ago. Couldn’t log in the website and access the course materials. I have sent out two “seeking for assistance forms” on line but no reply and no explanation through email. A lady answered my phone enquiry last Tuesday said the system will be resumed within a day. However, I still can’t access the course material. The deadline of my assignment is coming soon. I wonder if they will extend the deadline of the assignments. Hope they can solve out the technical problems ASAP. Taking more than a week to solve out the server problems is pretty unusual.

Just heard from Vision2learn via Trustpilot.
They asked me to contact them and provided a link for me to do so. Of course the link failed due to their website still being down!!! Couldn't make it up.
They said, as an IT consultant, I should be aware it takes time to fix computer issues. I submitted my final assessment 05/04/2023 and have not been able to access Vision2learn website since. NO, I'm not aware of a website being down this long ever.
Are Vision2learn able to state when their website will be fixed? Will it have been down for over 2 weeks?!
Now even more concerned company has gone bust.

Will use Vision2learn again good experience
My 1st time online course so it wasn't easy and it made me focus and learn new things and get my brain back in gear, the support was good and always there with regular emails from Vision2learn, my tutor Neil Murphy was very professional and helpful, the course was well put together. Possible negatives are sometimes I felt the information was lacking in depth on specific understanding of particular subjects, so I had to use Google to search topics to understand a bit more before answering hard questions but I guess that makes you learn more. I will use Vision2learn again.

Learning experience
The study materials are really intensive, of good quality and very comprehensive. The learning Support team are motivative and very supportive. The course was tough but interesting for one who wants to acquire knowledge in that field of study.
