Disappointing. Would not recommend.
Had a very disappointing experience with this purchase. After successfully placing my order and waiting for nearly two weeks, I was informed that it had been cancelled because the item was incorrectly priced due to a system issue. As a result, the company stated that the order could not be fulfilled and refunded me.
What makes this situation even more frustrating is that during those two weeks, there were multiple correspondences between me and the customer service agents from Vision Direct regarding my prescription. During these conversations, I was also assured that the stock was available and that my order would be shipped once the stock arrived when I asked for updates on the status of my order.
From a customer’s perspective, this situation is very disappointing. The price displayed at the time of purchase is what customers rely on when making a buying decision. Since the pricing error was caused by the company’s system, I believe the company should take responsibility and honour the order at the listed price rather than cancelling it after such a long wait.
Cancelling the order after two weeks, especially after multiple assurances from customer service, wastes the customer’s time and creates a very poor shopping experience. I hope the company reviews how situations like this are handled in the future and considers fulfilling orders based on the price shown at the time of purchase, particularly when the error originates from the company’s side..Would not recommend at all.

Got the items ordered in good time
Got the items ordered in good time. However 1 pair of glasses broke within 3 days of starting to use them! The other usually break within 5-6 months.

Great Glasses at a great Price
the ease of use of the website was good, the way to measure PD and submit your prescription all worked well, time frames from starting to receiving and then saving $400 over the local shop was the best bit on the exact same name brand glasses, Transition lenses and varifocals.
