Fails to return any Contact .

Bought a Schweizer-Okolux-Mobil-Plus-5x-White-light-4500K-Illuminated-Hand-Magnifier for my 93 year old mother in law.Arrived fast but was no good for her so rang the company and a left message to say will need to return as its also with there 14 day return period.No one to date has rang back as explained i will send back as can within 14 day period and just wanted a ref from them .So sent back registered again no one has emailed or rang back to say they have the unused Product.So personally be very careful if buying from this company if they fail to issue a refund will be suing them ..
