Delivery Problems
It said on you4r web-site that delivery would take five days or so s I ordered the flags knowing that I would be home after three days. Delivery took place after 2 days and I was not home. A poorly written paper slip told me that my flags had to be picked up from Diepstraat 17. I went there but the shop was not open. The opening times on the door said 10am opening so I waited. At 10:30pm I called the delivery company but they could not help me. The owner of the shop eventually turned up at 10:50am - 50 minutes late. Why do you use a delivery system which gives such poor service?
