Everything about the job was perfect apart from the express delivery by Chronopost. I would expect a full refund for the delivery charge. The posters and flyers were just as I'd hoped so it's a shame the overall experience was ruined at the end.

Still haven't received my business…
Still haven't received my business cards and it's been nearly 2 weeks now and I paid for express delivery. Everything else arrived, just not the business cards.

VistaPrint FR Switzerland has promptly responded when the quality of the printed material received was not up to the expectation. After double checking the quality of tryouts they made for us, they will be replacing the material.

Terrible Bummer
Terrible bummer with Vista print. The cards that showed up are flimsy quality and the print is much too small. Yes I did review it on my screen but the representation there was fine. I reached out to Customer service -- which was just a Bot and did nothing. Very disappointing as now I have to pay someone else to make my cards properly!
