Never disappointed by the service and quality

Overall good, but still some improvement points
We are overall happy with our orders, but there are some improvement points:
- The pen is too light and feels a bit cheap. It would be great to have a more substantial feel to it for a better writing experience.
- Additionally, the glue used for the notebook isn't strong enough, making the pages prone to coming loose. Strengthening the binding would greatly improve the durability of the notebook.
